We had a wonderful 4-day stay at Pharaonic Pyramids Inn in Cairo, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
One of the highlights was being able to see the pyramids directly from our room. The jacuzzi was also great and fully functional, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Aymen and Amir for being so friendly and helpful and for making sure we had everything we needed. We needed to have some laundry done, and they took care of it for us. We also asked for an Egyptian breakfast, which was kindly prepared and delivered to our room.
They also organized a Nile dinner cruise for us, and it was such a great experience — delicious food, good music, and an amazing atmosphere!
We really appreciated their help in showing us local shops and places around the hotel. On the day of check-out, they kindly kept an eye on our luggage for a few hours so we could go shopping without worrying about our bags.
The hospitality and kindness of the whole team truly made our stay special. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of from beginning to end.
The hotel is valuable for the price and the breakfast was good and the food was clean. It needs to increase its diversity. We were just a studio room and the upgrade for free was done by mrs aya receptionist . The space of the room was excellent. There is an integrated kitchen and the colors of the room are calm and it was very clean mrs aya helped us a lot She chose the best room for us and made our stay comfort , There is a swimming pool in the hotel, one for adults and another for children. An experience worth visiting again.

Брудні вікна, через що псується на піраміди, фото на сайті старі, на панорамі є один високий будинок який трохи закриває вид на піраміди, але не критично. Вікна виходять на центральну дорогу, що є логічним, тому досить шумно …
Cleanliness standards are acceptable apart from the amount of flyers that come from the open city dump accross the road.
Property uses AI created/edited pictures on its advertising, when we got there the view to the pyramids was totally different from the advertising pictures. We stayed in the room with the spa bath, the view to the pyramids wasn't nice as there is high building in front of it, the view from the window is visually polluted. The location is on the main road which very noisy 24/7, accross the road there's an open city dump which is not visually nice and brings a lot of disguting flyers to the room. We had to take a cold shower on the first night because the shower boiler needed repair and the techinician called in just on the next day, the spa bath wasn't working as well and we had to wait for repair. Shower gets flooded. When we got to the room, it was missing basic stuff like toilet paper and towels. Breakfast is very basic and poor, no fruits are provided (as shown on advertising pictures). Staff keeps offering tours everyday. After our stay, contacted the property requesting an invoice of my payment and was ignored.
Great views of the pyramid, very comfy beds, spacious rooms and great location. Decent sized breakfast was included which was nice ajd you coipd enjoy it while looking out tonthe pyramids.. Amir was very welcoming, helpful and accomadating. I arrived early morning after an overnignt bus and they let me check in early so I could sleep which I was very grateful for, thanks so much.
There was a mix up with rooms however this was dealt with promptly.
The staff was amazing great servise from adil relly friendley and looked after us would recomend this place

The view for the hotel is great. But what I liked more was Amir and the other reception guy. They were great. They helped us arrange airport transportation, Nile boat tour and safari activities. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
