La propreté, les équipements et la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

À peu près rien, peut être laisser tous les jours du bacon avec les œufs pour le breakfast pour les européens, un détail…

Excellent hotel service!
Pros:

Everything! Smooth check-in and the service was excellent. We pre-ordered an airport shuttle going to the Airport at the desk and it went smoothly. The children loved the swimming pool at the roofdeck. We had cocktails and mocktails at the bar beside the pool. We have to catch the early morning flight the next day and we couldn't have our breakfast buffet. The staffs arranged an on-the-go breakfast for all of us. We were so happy with the excellent service! DCCCO, thank you for taking care of us!

Excellent stay.
Pros:

Location was good and hotel was very clean. Breakfast was excellent with variety. The pool and bar on the top floor was very relaxing.

Always stay at DCCC when in Dumagete. Nice that some staff remember us and they are always very helpful and friendly.

Maybe TV could accept Netflix, but not a major problem.

Kamer had geen enkele
daglichttoetreding, als dat van tevoren bekend was geweest hadden wij dit hotel niet geboekt!

Nice spot, quiet street but close to the beachside promenade with loads of bars and restaurants.
Pros:

NICE buffet breakfast included in price. Very nice rooftop pool, alongside a bar and restaurant on the roof space with nice views.
Staff very helpful and friendly, clean spacious rooms and water supplied each day free.
Decent menu for other meals incl room service until 10pm.

Pros:

Alles was goed eigenlijk. Nette moderne hotel met goede service, zwembad op het dak met een bar, heel leuk. Kamer was goed met genoeg ruimte. Badkamer met doeche, heel goed, ook met spiegel, handig met scheren.

A good hotel in a reasonable location with parking which for a car its a premium
