Pros:

Beautiful apartment in the city center. Newly renovated to a very high standard. While you are in the centre it is a very quiet street so no issues with sleep. All the bedlinen and towels were immaculate. Very easy check in and out. Highly recommend.

Pros:

Trevlig lgh längst upp i huset. Välstädat och välutrustad, det fanns t.o.m tvättmaskin. Enkel och snabb kontakt med värden.

Cons:

Saknade ac men det fungerade ändå bra med tre stycken stativfläktar som hjälpte då lägenheten var något varm i slutet av juli.

Wären gerne länger geblieben in diesem schönen Appartement. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Estaba prácticamente nuevo, con una cocina y un baño equipados perfectamente. La ubicación en todo centro de Oviedo. Destacar también el trato y la comunicación por WhatsApp.

Echamos en falta aire acondicionado, aunque había dos ventiladores que lo suplieron en parte.

Muy a gusto en familia
Pros:

El piso es tal cual como las fotos, muy céntrico, todo a pie de calle, el aparcamiento justo enfrente del bloque. Los detalles que deja el anfitrión de 10 ( agua, café,productos de limpieza y toallas). Lo pasamos con los 3 críos genial , muy cómodo y seguro volveremos a repetir. Gracias

Excelente estudio y muy completo.
Pros:

Ubicación muy céntrica, con una pequeña terraza. Muy bien preparado y todo nuevo.

Cons:

Quizás faltaría poner aire acondicionado y un pequeño armario para dejar la ropa. El resto todo perfecto.
