La posizione
La maleducazione del ragazzo del pomeriggio alla reception , la pulizia inesistente,la camera non era conforme a quella prenotata . L’acqua della doccia era pressoché fredda .non rifacevano lai la stanza se non il 3 giorno con il cambio delle lenzuola e delle salviette. Il balcone mai pulito e il bagno solo l’utino giorno sotto mia rimostranza !

Отсутствие стаканов в номерах. Шторка в ванной просто необходима! Кофе отвратительный,поставьте кофемашину пожалуйста!

Dopo 4 anni consecutivi in questa struttura posso confermare che è tutto perfetto dalla posizione allo staff. Un grazie e un saluto molto grande a Rena❤️, la persona più dolce mai conosciuta, super affidabile e risolutiva per qualsiasi problema o dubbio si possa presentare. Ci rivedremo l anno prossimo.

A szállás közepes színvonalú. Ha a kert felöli szobát kéri sz ember,akkor csendes,viszont az utcára nézők nagyon hangosak,mert tele van a környék esti diszkókkal, bárokkal ,aholnnan hangos zene szól hajnalig. De a 20,21 - es szoba tökéletes választás kis erkéllyel. A szállás 150 m volt a reptéri buszmegállóktól. Teljesen jó,központi helyen,rengeteg szuvenír bolttal,étteremmel.A part 5 perc séta és szürkés homokos,pici apró kavicsos. A napernyők 30 e 2 ággyal,egy ernyővel egy napra. Szuper elérhető minden a közelben. Buszok kiszámíthatatlanul mennek,de megálló van Lindos és Rodosz város felé is közel. Motor bérlés 150 m-re nagyon korrektek. Egy hétre a robogó bérlés 170 e . A két recepciós nagyon kedves. A böröndöket a recepción lehet estig is hagyni, és a pincében van wc indulás előtt ott át lehet öltözni. A szobákban jó a klíma és van egy kis hűtő. De napközben nem hűt,ha a kártyát kihúzza az ember. De mivel egy kártyát adnak sajnos muszáj kihúzni.
A szállást ritkán takarították. A törülközőket sem cserélték gyakran. De a szemetet naponta cserélték és adtak wc papírt.
A reggeli elég szegényes kínálatú, de nagyobb baj,hogy ugyanaz van,minden nap, Igy a kevés kínálattal elég nehéz mit enni. A tányérok,poharak szedett vedettek,a székek kárpítjai piszkosak. Vizet viszont tesznek ki ,amit el is lehet hozni,mert nem lehet a csapvizet meginni. A folyosók zaja behallatszik. Az ajtókat felszerelték kártyás lehúzóval,de emaitt szorulnak és ahányan elhagyják a szobát csak becsapni tudják az ajtót, ami elég zavaró ha reggel többször felébred erre az ember. A zuhany csap tiszta vízkő és fröcsköl szanaszét. A szobában kevés a pakoló hely.

A very special thank you to Irene, who truly made our stay unforgettable. She was incredibly helpful with absolutely everything, from the smallest details to much bigger requests. Her dedication, kindness, and hard work were genuinely impressive.
Our trip would not have been nearly as enjoyable without her. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Irene is truly an exceptional person and a huge asset to the hotel.
The location is also very convenient, close to everything, which made our stay even better.
Thank you again, Irene, for making such a big difference to our trip!
Unfortunately, our experience with the housekeeping, breakfast service, and night reception was very disappointing.
The room was not cleaned properly during our stay, and the housekeeping service was far below what we expected. The maid never cleaned the room thoroughly, which was especially disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
Breakfast was advertised as starting at 7:30 AM. We had a trip scheduled and needed to leave at 7:50 AM, but when we arrived for breakfast, almost nothing was ready. This was extremely inconvenient and caused unnecessary stress before our trip.
We also had a very unpleasant experience with the night-shift receptionist. He was not helpful at all and kept pushing us to speak Russian, even though we clearly explained that we do not speak Russian. This made communication difficult and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Guests should not be pressured to speak a language they do not understand.
I want to make one thing very clear: the 5-star rating I gave for the staff was ONLY because of Irene. Irene was exceptional. She was incredibly helpful, kind, hardworking, and supported us with everything, from the smallest details to much bigger requests. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay better.
Our trip would not have been nearly as enjoyable without Irene. She deserves 5 stars and special recognition from the hotel management.
Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the housekeeping, breakfast service, or the night-shift receptionist.

Love how close the property is so in the town center everything at a walking distance. Lovely breakfast and nice staff especially Rena the receptionist 😊She made my stay more enjoyable and more supportive.
