Definitely an experience

The first night was absolutely appalling. We checked in then had to go out to meet family. Returned 10:30 at night ready to retire, turned bed back to discover an extremely stained sheet (urine)blankets had food dried on them, it was awful. My husband phoned the emergency contact to have it fixed and was told nothing could be done until morning. We had no where to sleep. I went to make a cup of tea, only to find cups had dried coffee and food in them. We tried the pull out sofa only to find the same filth. Next morning we saw the manager who was extremely apologetic and moved us to another room. I discovered later that the initial room was actually a AirBnB. I cannot fault the manager or the staff and the next room. The initial night was absolutely appalling, no sleep in a dirty room.

Quiet, Serene and most enjoyable.
Pros:

Quiet and serene location overlooking Lake Kawana. Nice and safe pathways along lake to walk and short distance via walk to excellent cafes and restaurants. Every query via email responded to in a prompt and timely manner by management. Very security conscious and not short of any facility.

Cons:

Nothing I disliked at all. Totally satisfied.
