Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut und das Restaurant ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Da es ein altes Gebäude ist, hat man keinen Aufzug und in Sommer, ohne Klimaanlage, kann sehr warm drinnen sein.

Really nice hotel with super helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel was lovely, as were all the staff, they were extremely welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was really nice, with super fresh (still warm) rolls and bread, beautiful layout of a wide range of hams and cheeses, as well as everything else you might want. Rooms were a good size, with large bathrooms - let down slightly in my case by a lack of shower gel and shampoo. Very quiet location, so slept well, and as well as the hotel restaurant being really good when we had an evening meal, there was a really nice Italian restaurant just across the road. Overall I would highly recommend the hotel, and we plan to book again for the same time next year, when we are back in this part of Germany.

Immer wieder gut
Pros:

Hotel liegt recht zentral, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Im Restaurant sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gute Küche und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auch.

Lage für uns als Wanderer gut, da zentral in der Stadt gelegen und Gastronomie in unmittelbarer Nähe als auch im Hotel vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich. Die Mitarbeiterin sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Der Herr an der Rezeption (u.U. der Chef?) war unangemessen unfreundlich und reagierte auf Nachfrage zu den möglichen Zahlungsvarianten mürrisch bis frech. Auch verschwand er mit dem Personalausweis im Hinterzimmer und kopierte ihn dort. Das ist ohne ausdrückliche Zustimmung des Gastes - die er von mir nicht bekommen hatte - nicht erlaubt. Andere Hotels handeln hier korrekt und erfassen Namen und Anschrift das Gastes handschriftlich.
