Great find, great value
Pros:

Great apartment - two bedrooms worked well for our family of four. As with any Tokyo accommodation, it is pretty small, but it had everything we needed and was well set up with shower, bath, laundry, decent size fridge, good aircon and simple storage for clothes, shoes and food etc.

Cons:

It's a few minutes walk from the train, which was tough with suitcases, but otherwise it was perfect.

A quiet apartment 10 minutes walk from the busy areas
Pros:

The location was in a quiet area, the balcony was a plus, the property was spacious for Tokyo standards and provided all the amenities needed for the stay. Just a reminder to other travellers not to forget that the sockets in Japan are different. What made the stay truly special was that the owner checked on us a couple of times to be sure that we were fine and had everything we needed. Arigato gosaimasu!

Great value for the money, perfect for relaxing inbetween exploring the city.
Pros:

The room has everything needed for people who want a place to sleep and relax inbetween exploring Tokyo. Quiet area within walking distance of the lively streets of Okachimachi and Akihabara, and railway/subway. Good wifi and airconditioner. Almost no need for the kitchen as there are nice restaurants nearby (visiting the Matsuyama Sushi around the cirner is a must!).

Cons:

A bit small for 3 adults, but it worked well when using the sofa as single bed. Only one towel-rack, placed inside the shower/bathroom, and no way to dry clothes etc. when it’s raining. The building an property is a bit worn, but everything works.

Pros:

The place was very spacious and clean. The staff were very kind and replied quickly. It was also very close to the train station that could get us everywhere we needed to go. There were many stores and restaurants available nearby. The ambience of the neighborhood was also very nice. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Tokyo!

Location wise it is not far from subway and JR yamanote line. Convenience to go anywhere. Quite neighborhood area. Room is exactly like the picture.
Host is super fast response. Very good experience.

Appartement très propre, pratique, bien équipé et très bien placé, à 5 minutes de la gare Yamanote JR. Quartier très calme, idéal avec des enfants.
Personnel très réactif à nos questions et demandes (via le mail).
