Great rooms in the heart of the city
Pros:

The location was just great and we could walk whole day thr shops and restaurants, the facilities are brand new, the room size, bedding and amenities all were perfect.

Cons:

We were out of hot water coz switched off the button which was at the light panel not knowing what it was and thinking that it is the room lighting perhaps we should have been informed about it at the time when we were escorted to theroom by the hostess. The AC was noisy and certains should be fixed with the stopper so it doesn't fall from the rail when one moves it.

Perfect Location - great stay
Pros:

Seven of us have just spent a lovely 4 nights at the Black Gallo and cannot recommend it highly enough for the standard of the accommodation and the superb location in the pedestrianised part of the bustling old town.

It is an apart hotel meaning that there is no bar or communal areas - but the rooms are huge and well appointed with AC and coffee making using pods.

The staff running it are great - they have a whatsapp number and are always there to help. They stayed late to check us in beyond the normal check in hours and arranged a 7 seater mercedes people carrier to take us to and from the airport..

The residence is right in the middle of the old town - come out of the door and there are people, bars and cafes right there. Very easy to get a good breakfast or coffee in one of the many places.

The main shopping centre is on the next street and the castle is 10 minutes walk away. Given that it is in the middle of town it is surprisingly quiet at night which is a bonus.

All told this was a very successful stay in Belgrade

Izvrsna lokacija. Blizina garaze i sadrzaja. Lijepo ureden apartman. Nesspresso aparat. Krevet u spavacoj sobi je ekstremno udoban. Toliko udoban da smo ga slikali da i sebi kupimo.

Cons:

Ne mogu reci da mi se nesto nije svidjelo. Mozda na krevetu drzati dva pokrivaca osim jednog duplog. Inace sve je jako dobro. Nemam nikakve zamjerke. Odsjeli smo u apartmanu 601 i sve je bilo izvrsno

Konumu iyi çalışanları iyi ama temizlik ve temel ihtiyaç olan su sıkıntısı vardı.
Pros:

Konumu iyiydi. Çalışanlar yardımcı oldu.

Cons:

Temizlik konusunda biraz daha iyi olabilirdi. Yerler süpürülmemişti. Su sıkıntısı yaşadık. 4 gün kaldık ilk 3 gün sular çok az akıyordu. Sonuncu gün hiç su akmıyordu.

Wir kamen an und der Türgriff des Bades rausgefallen, eigentlich schöne Umsetzung des Zimmers, aber überall Dellen oder Dinge, die kaputt waren

Merkezi konumda olması ve binanın içinin yenilenmiş olması güzel. Oda büyük ve temizdi.

Cons:

Resepsiyondaki kişi çok ilgisizdi. Resepsiyonda genel olarak biri bulunmuyordu. Check in saatimiz 14.00 olmasına rağmen kendisi resepsiyonda değildi o saatte ,geldiğinde açıklama yapma gereksiniminde bile bulunmadı. Bina dışarıdan çok bakımsız görünüyordu.

Excellent location, quiet in spite of lively location, spacious, clean and elegant room
Pros:

Surprisingly quiet room at a very lively location. Well furnished, elegant and spacious room with well maintained facilities. Overall quite clean, with good hygienic standards, and definitely recommendable for a short stay.

Cons:

The bottom of the wardrobe and the top of the safe deposit box were obviously not dusted - they were full of dust when we arrived to the room. Also, when we arrived, there were no Nespresso capsules in their placeholders, although Nespresso has been advertised as complimentary. Finally, the Reception is NEVER attended, not just outside of 12:00h - 18:00h. You ALWAYS have to call a number to get someone at the Reception.

Heerlijk schoon mooi appartement!
Pros:

Locatie in het voetgangers gebied. Verrassend stil appartement. Geen geluid van buren of buiten. Alles ziet er keurig uit binnen! Dus niet schrikken als je de buitenkant ziet. Contact per app is perfect en snel. Echte aanrader!
