Pros:

Я не знаю, кто назвал это отелем. Приезжаю в Сербию уже 4 года подряд, останавливалась в разных отелях и апартаментах: от известного Majestic до съёмной квартирки у сербского дедушки. Так вот, у дедушки в доме без лифта было лучше, чем в этом "апарт-отеле" (где тоже не работает лифт, кстати).

Расположение, конечно, роскошное. Но это не заслуга отеля, тем более найти его ещё тот квест...

Cons:

Персонал на приколе. Полное ощущение, будто мама оставила своих детей без присмотра у себя на работе. Абсолютно не понимают, что делать. Уборщица при нас спрашивала у коллеги, что ей делать. Ну это ладно, просто смешно, но не страшно.
Но тот факт, что в номере 110 вода не уходила ни в душе, ни в раковине, ни в унитазе... Вот это уже проблема. Запах канализации чувствуется и в коридоре, и в номере. Мусор забрали один раз за неделю. Нет второго одеяла и подушек.
Заставляют платить городской налог, о котором ничего не говорилось до этого! Первый раз сталкиваюсь с таким свинством, обычно всегда предупреждают или включают в стоимость. Было крайне неловко, когда у моего мужа потребовали деньги, при учёте, что эту поездку оплатила я для нашей говощины свадьбы в качестве подарка. Я была невероятно зла.

За ту цену, что я заплатила, можно было найти места гораздо лучше. Буду и дальше снимать апартаменты в доме напротив театра у милого дедушки. Он хотя бы не строит из себя ничего.

Single day stay in Belgrade
Pros:

Excellent location right in the heart of Belgrade. The room was clean and we had everything we needed! The staff was really friendly and helpful. Check-in process was really easy as was luggage storage after check-out. No complaints at all.

Cons:

I would have liked to have an extra hour or two in the morning before check-out. I find 10.00 really really early to leave a property but this is becoming standard nowadays.

Excellent choice if you're only staying for a night.
Pros:

The property is in the very center of the city, at a short walking distance from all the interesting areas/attractions.

Cons:

There is no parking spot next to the property and the closest paid parking is not too easy to identify if you're not from Belgrade.

Exceptional apartment, we loved it!
A beautiful, modern, and perfectly clean apartment in an amazing location. It’s quiet yet so close to everything. The staff was incredibly welcoming, helped with check-in, and even sorted out our taxi. Highly recommended, we will definitely stay here again!

We would stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting Belgrade! Excellent value for money too.
Pros:

We loved it! Our room was very spacious for our family of four, with windows running the length of the room! The clearly recent renovations have been tastefully done and it was excellent to have a lovely little kitchen with mini dining table too. We loved the location as we could walk anywhere and we were surrounded by ice cream, cafes, restaurants and everything else we could need. Thank you Marija for all of your help and friendliness during our stay!

Pros:

Perfect stay, highly recommended!
We had an amazing experience at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect—it is close to everything and within walking distance to all the main spots. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and very well-organized. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful; they assisted us with our check-in, helped us arrange a taxi, and took care of every request we had. We will definitely come back! I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Naprosto perfektní.
Pros:

Perfektní! Nádherný apartmán, nádherný vstup, klíče získáte bez problémů, když nestihnete recepci. Vše čisté, voňavé, vkusné. Umístění v centru města. Nádherná poloha. Určitě se vrátíme. Děkujeme.

- excellent location
- apartments are nice and clean
- self check in was easy to do

Cons:

- when you set on booking (or other platforms) that you have parking that means you have on your premises, not 400 m away with 17 euros/day for parking
- when you know that you don't have water on a day just announce the future guests. You can do a reimbursement or find them another location or at least tell them in advance not put them in front of a fact when they are already at the location. We came after 10 hours 9f driving, with a small child that needed to be changed and washed, on a 36 degree day. You don't want to check in and see that you don't have water.
Communication always help in this situations cause this way you can find solutions.

Pros:

Konum ve olanaklar iyiydi.

Cons:

The room I stayed was ok. But, the other apartment in which my friends stayed was not clean. Both of the apartments were out of water. It was not the landlord’s fault, but he should have iinform us about the situation before our arrival.
