Een prima hotel, we gaan zeker terug.
Pros:

Lekker en gevarieerd ontbijt. Mooie ruime kamers. Het hotel was zo te recent gerenoveerd.

Cons:

Er was geen kleerkast op de slaapkamer. Wel een rek met kapstokken.

Pros:

Zicht op de moezel omdat we een kamer met balkon reserveerden

Cons:

We hebben meerdere keren moeten bellen vooraleer we konden inchecken. Na een telefoontje naar het hotel konden we uiteindelijk in het restaurant beneden geholpen worden.

Pros:

Sijainti oli loistava ja alakerran ravintolassa oli todella hyvä ruoka. Joenvarrella oli mukava ulkoilla koirien kanssa.

Cons:

Hotellin sisäänkäynti oli vaikea löytää ja -kirjautuminen oli hiukan hankalaa. Vastaanotto oli töykeä. Törkeyttä pyydettiin myöhemmin anteeksi. Siitä isot pisteet.

Pros:

Großes und sauberes Zimmer, ganz neues Badezimmer mit großer Dusche. Sehr nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück. Die Pizza im Restaurant des Hotels war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Zimmer leider ziemlich hellhörig, aber durch die ruhige Lage, war es nur gegen Abend laut als die Gäste auf die Zimmer sind, von der Flurseite.

Geen leuke ervaring helaas.
Pros:

Onrustige ligging langs de drukke weg van Duitsland naar Luxemburg. Erg veel lawaai, ook in nachtelijke uren. Oude gebouw die gerestaureerd is maar je ziet veel oude sporen. Geen personeel, toegang met code. Ik zou volgende keer niet eens voor de helft van de prijs willen overnachten.

Cons:

Alles. Netheid, geluid, ligging en voorzieningen. Ook ontbijt.

Good location, friendly staff
Pros:

Good location with a nice view to Mosel, easy car access, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. The breakfast selection is limited but adequate. An Italian restaurant is available on the ground floor, and free parking is provided in front of the hotel.

Cons:

Roadworks were ongoing throughout our stay, resulting in early morning noise and dust and blocking the view. Some residue was even splashed all over our car that was parked in front of the hotel, although it came off after carwash. The terrace was also affected, though this is likely beyond the hotel’s control. The room was spacious, but would benefit from a seating area such as a sofa. Breakfast is indicated as being served from 07:00 to 10:00; however, on our departure day, we tried to access the breakfast area since opening hour, but it remained closed at 07:15, and with no staff in sight, we had to leave without it.

Die Reinigung des Zimmers war nur halb fertig, es gab nur 2 Handtücher (für 2 Personen), keine Info wie man ins Hotel kommt, die ganze Zeit war die Rezeption von Ankunft bis Abreise nicht besetzt, Wasser lief an dem Klosett Anschluss bei Spülung raus

Pros:

Autonomer Check-in hat geklappt, alle Codes da, Anleitung passte. Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, angenehm großes Bad.

Cons:

Trotz Bestätigung, dass die Anfrage erhalten wurde, keine Reaktion (nicht einmal eine Absage!) und keine Möglichkeit zur Unterbringung der Fahrräder. Da Check-in autonom, auch kein Personal vor Ort ansprechbar - die Fahrräder mussten vor der Tür bleiben.

Weit vor Ende der Frühstückszeit, ca 9.15-9.30 Uhr nur noch letzte Reste, auf Nachfrage lediglich ein "haben wir nicht".

Das habe ich in vielen 2* Hotel besser erlebt. Dafür war das Make-up-Entfernungsset wirklich zu teuer.

Gute Lage direkt an der Mosel, moderne Zimmerausstattung, Busverbindungen nach Luxemburg und Umgebung super, Küchenfee sehr aufmerksam und freundlich

Cons:

Direkt vor dem Haus ist zur Zeit eine Baustelle. Da wir übers Wochenende da waren, hat es nicht gestört.
Nächste Fahrradverleih 10 km weg.
