Very chill stay.
Pros:

Super close to the beach, food locations, and in an easy walking distance. It suited all of our needs!

Cons:

We were there as a large family reunion group. Some guests yelled at us for talking outside of our rooms around 9pm as they were trying to sleep. There was a whole really nice outdoor area, but it was under renovation or just not open during our visit. That would have been nice to have available.

Pros:

Right on Grand Anse Beach, close to restaurants and bars, less cost than other hotels in the area.
Great A/C.

Cons:

Rooms are old and dated. Very simple. No restaurant on site. Right next door to the park which hosts a sunrise church service on Sunday.
And on the other side is the dishwasher station for the hotel next door.

Lage ist prima, alles ganz nah zu erreichen um einige entspannte Tage am Grand Anse Beach zu verbringen, Pool und Duschen nach einem Sprung ins Meer im Garten vorhanden, sehr entspannt, Zimmer mit Kaffeemaschine und kuhlschrank ausgestattet, Eismaschine auf dem Flur, Balkon für eine Tasse Kaffee am morgen toll, sehr ruhig und angenehm, in der Nebensaison wenig Betrieb

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber dafür auch erschwinglich!

Pros:

Chambre très correcte.
Piscine.
Sur la plage avec chaises longues à disposition.
Complexe avec supermarché et boutiques derrière l’hôtel, très pratique.
Accès au centre ville rapide et bon marché avec mini bus locaux.

Cons:

Chambre un peu vieillotte mais spacieuse et balcon donc pour le prix rien à redire

I love that the Hotel owner is always present and pleasant.
Pros:

Perfect location on Grand Anse beach, lots of food options, banks and grocery within walking distance and easy to travel to town by the local bus. Very clean, staff nice and helpful.

The perfect beach front hotel, location, facilities, staff all 10/10
Pros:

Location location Location, clean room with very comfortable bed, good size fridge cleaning staff were amazing WiFi and aircon excellent.
The grounds are well taken care of, the Allamanda attracts friendly guest who will always stop and chat.
The Allamanda is excellent value for money, The staff and owner will go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. It’s steps to the beach and the sunsets are magical
I have stayed at the allamanda 5 years running and will be back.

Cons:

There could be and outside kitchen facility but as we all know guests would have to use responsibly to ensure it was kept clean

I loved the location. It was an excellent view looking out from the verandah onto the ocean.

The location was excellent. The beach is right there. Numberous food places. Supermarket within walking distance. Transport (bus) readily available.Just take tge #1 bus to tge city and back. $2.50EC or $1USD.

Cons:

No microwave. No hotel restaurant.
