Ideale Unterkunft direkt am Busbahnhof
Pros:

Wir hatten diese Unterkunft vor allem wegen der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Busbahnhof gebucht. Die Lage war dafür wirklich perfekt: In etwa zwei bis drei Minuten war man zu Fuß am Terminal beziehungsweise direkt beim Bus. Gerade bei einer frühen Abfahrt oder einer späten Ankunft ist das ein großer Vorteil.

Unser Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten. Auch die Aussicht war für die Lage in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs angenehm.

Besonders positiv war der sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Service. Während unseres Inca Trails konnten wir unser Gepäck sicher in der Unterkunft lassen. Als wir Probleme mit einem Taxifahrer hatten, wurde uns sofort geholfen und die Situation schnell geklärt. Das war für uns wirklich großartig.

Das historische Zentrum ist nicht direkt zu Fuß erreichbar, aber mit dem Taxi kommt man einfach und günstig dorthin. Für unseren Reisezweck war die Unterkunft deshalb genau die richtige Wahl.

Cons:

Durch die Nähe zum Busbahnhof kommen und gehen teilweise auch nachts Gäste. Zudem ist die Unterkunft etwas hellhörig, wie wir es auch bei anderen Unterkünften in Peru erlebt haben. Empfindlichen Schläfern würden wir daher Ohrstöpsel empfehlen.

Auch sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass die Unterkunft nicht direkt im historischen Zentrum von Cusco liegt. Da wir uns jedoch bewusst für die Nähe zum Busbahnhof entschieden hatten, war das für uns kein wirklicher Nachteil.

Pra tomar café da manhã tem que subir até o sexto andar de escada
Café da manhã péssimo, tirando que a gente desce cheirando a gordura, eu não tomei café pq não posso subir escadas mas meu namorado foi e se arrependeu.

Pros:

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement près de la gare de bus et pour son prix. Appartement avec 4 chambres mais....

Cons:

Accueil catastrophique ! Le personnel est incompétent et le patron n'est pas sur place et ne donne pas les bonnes infos. Nous avons dû attendre 30 min pour avoir notre chambre à 15h car la réceptionniste n'avait pas notre réservation. Puis nous avons eu que la moitié de notre appartement avant de demander avec insistance l'ensemble.

Ensuite nous avions demandé que le petit déjeuner inclus soit prêt à 6h45 pour l'emporter mais rien n'a été fait ! Alors que nous avions eu 2 confirmations avec le personnel sur place. Être près de la gare et ne pas savoir gérer les petites déjeuners à emporter...Le patron a ensuite été malhonnête avec des échanges de messages sans aucun sens des responsabilités.

Bref un hôtel à éviter, le gros problème est le personnel enfin la direction qui ne dirige pas son personnel correctement.

Autre point : pas de chauffage et il a fait très froid dans la chambre et le salon glacé !

Pros:

le dimensioni della camera erano ottime, il letto era molto comodo, le coperte adeguate, la tenda era buona e non filtrava la luce quindi si poteva dormire bene. Ottimo il wifi. Non passano le auto vicino l'hotel quindi la camera è molto silenziosa.

Cons:

il bagno aveva difficoltà con lo scarico, anche la doccia non era il massimo, fornivano solo una saponetta, nessun tipo di shampoo.

Za tę cenę było naprawdę super. Fajny wystrój. Bardzo miła pani w recepcji 🙂 widok z okna super, na ogródki z kwiatkami 😀

Cons:

W pokoju było zimno rano i wieczorem. Coś takiego jak wyciszenie pomieszczania zupełnie nie istnieje 😅
