Location was good but hotel experience is bad.
Pros:

Breakfast was too late but location of hotel is good.

Cons:

The room I had selected was different and at the time of check in different room was given and which was not good.

Cleanliness. Excellent Staff. No issues at arrival. Timely provision of breakfast in room with 3 Water bottles daily as included in my booking. A hassle free experience. Thumbs up to the entire team of Hotel Mourya Residency.
