Leider nicht wie erwartet. Unfreundliches Personal und Pool nicht nutzbar
Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben sind lediglich die schöne Aussicht und die sauberen Zimmer – auch wenn teilweise nicht einmal Glühbirnen vorhanden waren. Parkplatz ist sehr groß und gleich gegenüber vom Hotel. Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab eine große Auswahl.

Cons:

Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Die vielen positiven Bewertungen können wir absolut nicht nachvollziehen, da unsere Erfahrung leider ganz anders war.
Bereits beim Check-in fühlten wir uns nicht willkommen. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war die ganze Zeit mit seinem Handy beschäftigt und beachtete uns zunächst überhaupt nicht. Auch der weitere Empfang war sehr unfreundlich.
Vor unserer Anreise hatten wir nach der Online-Buchung eine Nachricht erhalten, dass wir den Pool im Art Hotel nutzen könnten. An der Rezeption wusste darüber allerdings niemand Bescheid. Im anderen Hotel wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass der Besitzer des Litan Hotels gewechselt habe und der Poolzugang deshalb nicht mehr möglich sei. Sehr enttäuschend, vor allem weil damit geworben wurde.
Auch das Badezimmer war leider unpraktisch. Die Dusche hat keine Tür, wodurch beim Duschen das komplette Bad unter Wasser steht.
Das Abendessen im Hotel können wir ebenfalls nicht empfehlen. Unsere gesamte Bestellung – Aperitif, Vorspeise und Hauptgang – wurde erst nach etwa 40 Minuten gebracht und dann auch noch alles gleichzeitig. Das Essen war kalt und musste nochmals zurückgegeben werden. Außerdem gab der Kellner uns falsche Informationen zu den Gerichten auf der Karte.
Auf Booking steht, dass man in der Landeswährung zahlt. Das Hotel wollte allerdings, dass wir in Euro bezahlen. Beim Abendessen wiederum sollten wir plötzlich in LEK zahlen – Euro wurden auf einmal nicht mehr akzeptiert. Sehr verwirrend und unpraktisch.
Insgesamt leider eine große Enttäuschung.

Sylvana and the entire staff were just nothing short of amazing and incredible. Extra bonus points for bring 10 minute walk to the beach and Lost seaside Beach Club

Stay was perfect no complaints at all.
Pros:

This was an excellent hotel all staff were super helpful and friendly. The location is perfect a little out of the town but not a far walk and the hotel also has a taxi service that is super quick and helpful also very easy to use.
Breakfast was always fresh and the restaurant had a great selection of dishes and a lovely balcony to dine on.
Overall 10/10 on everything would highly recommend staying at this location.

Amazing people with great service and property
Pros:

Neat, Nice rooms with decent sea view, The best thing is the staff really helpful and welcoming, Well mannered. I loved all of them were really nice.

Einfach toll - sauber, angenehm und tolle Lage!
Pros:

Sehr sauber, tolles abwechslungsreiches Frühstück und Zimmer / Balkon haben eine angenehme Größe - wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Nur zu empfehlen! Das Hotel liegt fußläufig 20 Min vom Hafen, daher ist es nachts ruhiger und die Lage ist einfach toll!

Cons:

Ich kann hier nicht viel schreiben. Ein Tag wurde nicht ausreichend sauber gemacht und das Handtuch / Fußmatte für die Dusche fehlte - aber ansonsten einwandfrei!
