Razoável e decepcionante.
Pros:

O hotel é bem cuidado, bem organizado e bem localizado, com uma pegada legal para turista, decoração agradável e bem limpo. Tem um restaurante interessante e um roof-top bacana.

Cons:

Como fui a trabalho, senti falta de uma mesa de trabalho no quarto, que não tem janela. O quarto é pequeno e, sem janela, claustrofóbico, que, penso, deve ser difícil para um casal.
O único elevador parou de funcionar por um período. Por sorte são poucos andares, mas que representa um desconforto, além de que um grande problema para que tem dificuldade de mobilidade.
Por fim, uma das Notas Fiscais não veio (ainda) e a outra, das diárias, veio sem a informação que pedi (CNPJ).

Hotel was nice but could be more accommodating to non Portuguese speakers.
Pros:

Restaurant was good, staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooftop bar closed to early, had private party without informing us which was noisy and they had use of rooftop bar.

Pros:

Breakfast and the friendly doormen

Cons:

Rooms had no windows, bad ventilation, very small in size, bedsheets were smelly, the door was not sound proof (very noisy and smelly because of kitchen), pool was small and not nice, receptionist had no sense of hospitality

Excelente localização, mas o atendimento deixou muito a desejar e não condiz com o preço cobrado.
Pros:

Excelente localização, facilitando o deslocamento pelos principais pontos da cidade. O quarto era limpo e a acomodação atendeu ao básico para a estadia.

Cons:

O hotel tem áreas comuns e quartos pequenos, com circulação interna pouco prática. O principal problema, porém, foi o atendimento. A maioria dos funcionários foi pouco cordial e pouco prestativa, especialmente no café da manhã. Pedi uma omelete explicando três vezes como gostaria, ela veio crua e, ao devolvê-la, ninguém ofereceu refazer ou corrigir o pedido. As respostas eram secas e muitas vezes nem respondiam às dúvidas. Apenas o manobrista/porteiro e uma funcionária da higienização foram realmente simpáticos e prestativos. Pelo valor cobrado, que está entre os mais altos da região, esperava um atendimento muito melhor.

Aconchego no Rio Vermelho
Pros:

Ótimo café da manhã, cama super confortável e quarto acochegante. Boa instalações no banheiro e no quarto também, a TV era smart, tinha frigobar. O rooftop é sensacional e servem o cardápio lá também, aproveitei muito a piscina tomando um ótimo drink!

Cons:

As paredes do quarto são muito finas e se escuta todo o barulho do corredor, a maçaneta quando abre faz um barulho muito alto e quando chega alhuém de madrugada no quarto acaba acordando a gente.

Tudo muito maravilhoso, hotel incrível, uma ótima experiencia.

Hotel excelente, equipe muito atenciosa, quartos muito confortáveis, tudo impecável, café da manhã um dos melhores que já experimentei, pretendo voltar a salvador só para voltar para o Hotel. Nota 10.

Não vá pensado em descansar. O hotel não tem boa acústica para os quartos. Se tiver alguma festa privada, e isso é comum se prepare para o barulho.

Jättemysigt och välinrett hotell i lugnt område.
Pros:

Superfint och mysigt inrett hotell med jättegod frukost och trevlig personal.
Vårt rum hade inget fönster men kände inte att vi saknade det heller, rummet var så pass mysigt och fint ändå.
Rekommenderar starkt.

Cons:

Rooftop bar/restaurnang hade lite konstiga öppettider och verkade vara stängd hela vår vistelse (5 dagar) vilket var lite synd, men kankse beror det på att vi var där under lågsäsong (?) det framgick inte.

Os quartos são ótimos, confortaveis, o isolamento acustico também funciona, localização muito boa tambem.

Cons:

Tive um problema muito grande com falha de comunicação durante minha hospedagem. Era meu aniversário e decidi me hospedar no Canto exatamente pela facilidade de ter um restaurante no terreo e não precisar pegar um carro, beber com facilidade. No dia específico, houve queda no sistema, o restaurante não funcionou e em nenhum momento fomos comunicados sobre o encerramento dos serviços em questão. Faltou cuidado e respeito comigo, na condição de hospéde, principalmente porque ao utilizar o rooftop eu manifestei meu interesse em jantar no Canto. Esse realmente foi um diferencial na escolha do hotel. Poderia ter sido encaminhado um comunicado por Whatsapp.

Pros:

Localização excelente, próximo a bares e bons restaurantes, Canto Hotel superou muito nossas expectativas. Conforto, limpeza, atenção aos detalhes fizeram muita diferença mesmo. E o café da manhã é espetacular. Voltaremos e indicaremos.

Modern with great breakfast but no English and loud surrounding
Pros:

Quite mordern with a nice rooftop pool. Breakfast is really good and it is quite well located for bars and restaurants.

Cons:

Communication was very hard as barely anyone was speaking English. You have a room with a window, but you have blinds in front of it which you can’t seem to be able to open, so you’re in the dark all the time. It was very loud and noisy outside during the night, making it difficult to sleep, as poor sound isolation.
