I would rent again
Pros:

Great location. Hottest water in all of Mexico.

Cons:

They need a new bed. The one we had sunk in the middle and u can feel the springs

Í wouldn’t recommend staying there, especially if you are from out of the country

Cons:

Bathroom had mold, faucet was oxidized, next to bed.
There were no directions on how to get in, the gate was locked, it took sus multiple calls for someone to open. There was no room to park car inside. I had to park in a very high hill road.
We couldn’t open the gate next day as the key didn’t work. There is a church next door that started very early with very loud noise almost all day.
We decided to book in another hotel the second night and didn’t ask for a return of the money.

It was decent, but not the greatest
Pros:

It had few amenities

Cons:

The keeper of the property had a lot of dogs that barked all night. You have to unlock a whole gate every time you need to take your car out. The home wasn’t clean. To get there it’s hidden and in an awful area of town that is sketchy to get there

kind folks that have sad looking rooms.
Pros:

Not much I liked here besides the guys being understanding when i had an issue.

Cons:

The room i was in had thin ass walls, other guests kept waking me up because they would be screaming at 8am/9am right next to my room(where they park).

Other guests would get picked up and the cars waiting for them would honk like crazy.

The gate to come in and out was a bit of a struggle/heavy to open.

the bathroom was filthy and had to change rooms because of how filthy the bedroom was.

the rooms get cold and there isnt any heaters or a/c
