It was great overall. But would not say it is 5 stars.
Pros:

The location is in the center of the city, which is convenient to commute to different attractions. We like our housekeeper, she did a fantastic job to keep our clean and tidy.

Cons:

Ac didn't work on the second day of our staying, we smelled cigarettes smoke through the vents. Following that the TV was broken. They refused to give us an extra luggage rack, even they knew we travel far from Canada with two check-in luggages. Overall, these reasons made the experience less enjoyable for a 5 star hotel
