- Kein Schild mit Hinweis auf Hotel… Es war ein privates Haus - Seltsamer Empfang durch Besitzer und Kind, keine Erklärung, kein Willkommen, kein Schlüssel, um nochmal raus gehen zu können, keine Worte. - Ein Kopfkissen war nicht frisch gewaschen. Es schlief bereits jemand mit dem Kissen, Decke fühlte sich auch benutzt an, - Es gab auf vorherige Anfrage keine Antwort - In der Beschreibung stand nichts davon, dass man durch das Wohnzimmer und die Küche des Besitzers laufen muss, um ins gebuchte Zimmer zu kommen. Wir trauten uns nach unserer Ankunft abends nicht mehr raus, um nicht zu stören. - Nachts extrem lautes Möbelrücken über unserem Zimmer, kurz vor Mitternacht für mindestens 30 Minuten, - Zimmer befand sich im Keller, keine Aussicht aus dem Fenster (Schacht), -Auf dem Boden Exkremente eines kleinen Tieres (3 cm), - schlechter Geruch, - Klimaanlage nicht selbst steuerbar, - wir störten einen Herrn mitten im Gebet (Gebetsteppich), als wir durch das Wohnzimmer gingen, Steckdosen so hoch über Bett, dass ein Laden des Handys über Nacht unmöglich war

Effectively no AC in the room (just a fan) which was not enough for summer time. Vent for AC exists, but it keeps the room at close to outside temps. The room feels as if it is from somebody else, located in the same floor as the owner’s and the kid’s room, so you have to share the bathroom with them. Toiletries were men scented. The wife in the house was not welcoming at all. The communication through the app with the owners is slow. For multiple days we just saw the kid complete alone in house, despite the kid obviously being under 10. One time we asked the favor to store drinks in their fridge, and next day there were gone. Very unpleasant experience. Avoid staying here.

Family was a bit chatty amongst themselves during daytime hours so i couldn't nap; but that's just fine because it was during normal active hours. Got a little warm inside despite AC but there was a standing fan that worked out perfectly.

It was kind of dusty and small room. The fan we wanted to use was full oh dust and fell off the bed

Awful experience. Upon arrival, I noted that the room did not appear to have been prepared as there was a trash can full to the top of food and other waste. I messaged the host and inquired and lo and behold the room had not been turned over since the last guest. I would have slept on dirty sheets if I had not said anything.
Next, it was a 90 degree day. No ac was on. Windows were open. After traveling since 3am, I went to finally get a shower at about 6:30 pm only to find a dirty shower. Also, the window in the bathroom was closed. After my shower, I was sweating so profusely, I struggled to even get clothes on. It was utterly miserable. I returned to the stifling hot room for some “relief.” No amenities. Like not even a box of tissues or a usb port anywhere to charge without a brick. Men’s body wash and Pantene shampoo were in the shower, but I didn’t trust either. The sink faucets were also dirty which made washing my hands a mental challenge.
Now I understand that I was trying to save money and didn’t require a lot, but clean is the basic standard that has to be met. Air on a 90 degree day also a reasonable expectation. This place advertised AC, free toiletries, bathrobes, a bidet, etc. All incorrect.
And lastly, before I tried to close my eyes, there was a crying newborn added to the mix. That crying lasted for hours. It was heartbreaking and obviously did not allow for any rest. Also, fyi the smoke alarm was removed and only the wires hanging from the ceiling of the room I was in. A full refund should be given without question but was refused.

I run hot so the room didn't feel cool enough to me. I did request the AC to be lowered and I think my request was granted. This room should be cool enough for for the average person though. Maybe 75°?

No bath towels in the community bathroom.

Zero check in instructions, we had to go through the garage door because the host forgot to leave us a key. It was extremely noisy the whole night with the hosts speaking loudly, furnitures getting moved, and noises from a baby kept us up. The bed was stiff as a rock and the pillows paper thin, we could not get a good night's rest.

The rooms downstairs were cold a bit.

Worst experience of our lives! As soon as we entered the property there were shoes around the house, kitchen trash can filled up with trash, dirty dishes in the sink, once we made it to our room in the basement/ downstairs the bed sheets had stains and looked dirty, the standing shower floor also looked dirty. We decided to leave the property within minutes and not return. When reaching out to Booking.com I was told different information by 2 representatives about my claim, at the point where the 2nd representative began yelling at me and assuring me that I wasn’t going to see my money, wouldn’t allow me to speak with a Supervisor, and was then told it would be another 5 hours before a Supervisor would call me back. The Supervisor ended calling back and giving me an $18.70 refund, which is a joke. The whole booking through Booking.com was the worst experience ever. Never have I had an issue of this nature under any other booking platform.

The property management was taking for ever to respond to get my keys and find my room

There is not microwave or fridge available and the communication with the owner is very limited and no questions are reply if you make one
