Pros:

Lovely, clean, comfortable room with mountain views. Nice bathroom, hot water. Good coffee facilities. The dining room was spacious and inviting with delicious food and excellent service. I found the reception staff were welcoming and very helpful, they found me an exceptionally helpful driver and car for my stay in Ladakh. Wonderful!

Stay was disappointing

The only thing I like is that it's really near the market.

Cons:

The room was very basic and lacked essential amenities. The toilet did not have proper toiletries, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. There was no ceiling fan in the room, and the balcony was only there in name—too small and not really usable. Overall, the stay was quite disappointing considering the expectations.

Pros:

C'est un hôtel exceptionnel vraiment j'ai tout apprécié le personnel jusqu'au responsable sont des personnes très bienveillantes Je n'ai pas de mots pour qualifier cet hôtel si je pouvais mettre plus de 10 je l'aurais fait. Le lieu est exceptionnel très très bien situé on est pas loin du centre ville à pied. Le décor des chambres et des parties communes sont superbes. J'ai rencontré un soucis médical ils m'ont accompagné rassurée enfin superbe. Une atmosphère saine .

The location was close to the Leh market. Hence everything is easily accessible. Many cafés and restaurants within 500mts.

I stayed at this hotel twice during my trip. I got room 404 on my 1st visit. This was an old and a small room with a passable bathroom. I later got to know that the rooms on this floor were up for renovation (planned for the off season of 2026). This was a bad room.

On my 2nd visit, I got room 301. Very good and decent sized room and bathroom. This room, I could definitely get used to living in.

Food was good.

Cons:

I would 3 stars for customer service and 1 star for cleanliness and facilities.

Cons:

This property did not match the pics and reviews. The room has lint all over. There is only a small fan. The bathroom needs renovation. There is mold on the washbasin panel.

とてもおすすめできるホテルです。
Pros:

家族四人で四泊宿泊。
口コミ通り、とにかくスタッフが素晴らしかった。
三ツ星ホテルなので豪華さはないものの、こじんまりとしている分気さくなスタッフと接することも多く、その対応や気遣いが素晴らしかった。朝食が７：３０からなのにツアーに出かける私たちのためにホテル側からの提案で２日連続で6時過ぎから朝食ビュッフェを用意してくれた。
騒がしいこともなかった。
メインマーケットから徒歩５分ほど。タクシーに乗る必要は全くなかった。

Cons:

残念な点といえば水が少し弱い事と、アメニティが石鹸と小さなシャンプーとボディークリームのみ。タオルやトイレットペーパーが足りないときはフロントに言えば補充してもらえる。タオルは少しごわごわ。シャンプーやトリートメントは近くの商店で購入可。ヘアドライヤーもないので持参することをお勧め。フロントで借りれるのかも？
総合的に素晴らしく、間違いなく友人にお勧めできるホテル。
