Absolutely nothing
Everything.
I wasn’t able to access my room and had no contact from the host even though I messaged quite a lot.
I wouldn’t know, I wasn’t able to access my stay and ended up having to make other arrangements

Nothing.... this place was a nightmare, there was all dirty, no TV, no hot water , marks on the wardrobe, the shelves were all dirty all full of dirty clothes, hair everywhere...

Was dissapointed that you changed my location and didnt notify me until I had arrived at the original apartment which I wasnt able to get in.Have booked with your company a number of times before but this is the 1st I have cause to complain.
Travelling with my 12 year old on the ferry and we get an message about an hour befofe we were due to check in saying they can no longer take us. Then they went quiet. Poor from booking.com also. Not aure how to get a refund.

It was a place to sleep which was what we needed.
Very sketchy to get into the property, it says ‘on site parking’, which is false. It is on road parking if there are any spaces. Not ideal as I was away for work and intentionally booked somewhere with ‘on site parking.’ Lock box worked and all was okay, but the main door to the property is just left open (not even closed over, let alone locked). It’s just pretty sketchy and felt unsafe sadly.
One thing I was not happy it was far from the show I was told it was 15 min but we were over other side river
I didn't have accommodation as I couldn't find the property then I phoned the number provided i was told I wasn't booked into the said property which I had payed for when I asked for my money back he put the phone down
I didn't stay there as the room was already precooked i want a full refund please

De último momento nos cambiaron la ubicación del que nosotros habíamos pagado, nos mandó mando un mensaje el hospedaje nos indico que nos dijo que la habitación de encontraba en otro lugar, que estaba más lejos y demasiadas escaleras, nos tocó hasta la última habitación

Blood all over the bed sheets,bathroom in another post code,absolutely disgusting and dirty,had to walk threw a filthy kitchen(not our kitchen)to go to the toilet,this person obviously has never seen luxury before

I had booked this room and place to stay and on the way up to the place I received a text message saying that I had to move to another location which I found odd to be honest
I got to the appartment with my carer to find we were denied access to the building,along with another customer who was outside and was also unable to enter building???!!!!,due to my mental and physical disabilities my carer then managed to contact the property by phone only to be advised that the property was overbooked and that they had advised booking.com to notify me???!!!.so we were left on the street on birkenhead with no where to stay and no way of finding alternative accommodation due to the labour party conference being held in liverpool!!!.we travelled 300 miles and had no where to stay,bear in mind i have mental and physical disabilities which include extreme anxiety stress and mobility issues!!!!!,we tried to contact booking.com and were scammed out of money from someone pretending to be yourselves and when we eventually got to speak to you we were told "these things happen".in the end we had to try and keep warm and sit in the rail station until we could get our first train home the next morning,this has affected me badly both mentally and physically and i wish to register my most strong dissatisfaction with the whole incident and ask what you are going to do about my refund/compensation?,i use yourselves whenever i have travelled both in uk and abroad and this has shattered my faith in your ability to be trusted to deliver me the peace of mind and quality which i expect,especially as i have ongoing health issues and put my trust in your help and service.please deal with this matter urgently.
