La taille de.l.hebergement est tres bien
Le.petit déjeuner est tres bien
Tres bien situé dans un quartier sécuritaire et propre...7 minutes en voiture du centre de tulum
Personnel aimable et disponible
Piscine.sur le toit tres bien pp

Cons:

Cuisine fonctionnelle mais manque équipements pour cuisiner
Nous y avons ete 4 nuits tres bien mais la dernière nuit nous avons eu voisins juste a cote et tres mal insonorisé malheureusement...nous entendions toute les conversations .

Mooi hotel in nette buurt, dichtbij Ruïnes Tulum
Pros:

Locatie in een mooie buurt met restaurants vlakbij.
Mooie ruime kamer met Comfortabele bedden.
Ontbijt eenvoudig maar OK.
Parking op straat vlak voor de deur, veilige buurt.
Personeel super vriendelijk.
15 minuten per auto naar Tulum archeologische site.

Koelkast was niet leeggemaakt na de vorige gasten,

Günstig und sauber
Pros:

Nettes gut ausgestattetes und sehr ruhiges Appartement. Sehr schönes Bad und nette Terrasse.

Cons:

Die Lage im neu angelegten Stadtteil, wo sonst nix los ist. Zu Fuß kommt man weder an den Strand noch in die Stadt (da es zu weit und zu kompliziert ist).
Das Frühstück ist sehr, sehr minimal und ein auffüllen erfolgt nur sehr widerwillig. Kein Ausblick von der Dachterasse (überall nur Mauern!)

Appartement spacieux. Bien équipé pour cuisiner.
Balcon côté rue mais calme.
Des places de parking dans la rue facilement.
Super lit king size, confortable.
2 tv une dans la chambre, une dans le séjour.
Pdj simple.

Cons:

Loin du centre si vous voulez y aller à pied.

Très bien ! A proximité en voiture des ruines de Tulum. Bons petits restaurants accessibles à pied. Chouette piscine !! On y a passé 2 nuits très agréables !

Pros:

Le quartier où se situe l'appartement est résidentiel et calme avec des commerces et restaurants à proximité.
Il est situé à 1,5 km à pied de la vieille ville.
Le ménage est fait tous les 3 jours sans supplément.

Cons:

L'appartement est vaste mais ne fait pas les 78 m2 annoncés.
Il y a bien un balcon mais pas de terrasse comme noté dans le descriptif.
Pas de lampe de chevet dans la chambre.

Cons:

Ich habe unsere Buchung storniert, weil die Bettenangabe nicht gestimmt hat („Juniorsuite“, 3 Adults). Dank der einfach guten Serviceleistung von Booking bin ich ohne Schaden aus der Buchung herausgekommen.

Eine Unterkunft, die falsche Angaben zur Bettenanzahl bzw. zu den Schlafmöglichkeiten macht, verdient eigentlich nicht einmal die „1“. Hätten wir das Zimmer vor Bezahlung nicht noch angeschaut, ich weiß nicht, was dann passiert wäre …

- La grandeur de la chambre.
- Le petit déjeuner continental à volonté.
- La piscine.
- Le calme.
- Possibilité de se garer devant l'hôtel.

Cons:

- Emplacement un peu loin du centre ville (possibilité d'y aller à pied en 30 minutes environ).
- Pas de fenêtres dans la chambre.
- Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'équipements particuliers comme un sèche cheveux.

Mais franchement, c'était quand même très bien pour un séjour !

Pros:

Nice, welcoming staff - a family run business. Very clean, modern room with a great hot shower and space for our family. Drinks provided for guests and nice, small upper terrace to use. Near enough to access the beach clubs and nearby sights.

Cons:

Mobile phone service is limited generally in some parts of Mexico so last minute comms from the hotel didn't come through and navigation apps struggled to find the hotel, so better directions and perhaps a heads up about the labyrinth style road system could have been useful ahead of time. The room itself was lovely but the only natural light was from a double sliding door that faced onto the communal hallway which reduced our sense of privacy and ability to have some light in the room.
