Super schönes Apartment in einer kleinen ruhigen Seitenstraße des Boulevard wo es alles gibt was man braucht, Restaurants, Cafés Supermärkte und dahinter ist gleich der Strand.

Cons:

Der wirklich einzige Makel ( für uns mit einem kleinen Kind) ist, daß sobald man das Bad betritt, sofort das helle Licht und die relativ laute Belüftung angehen. Ich muß leider öfters nachts raus und der Kleine und die Mama sind jedesmal dadurch wach geworden.

Ottima sistemazione vicino al lungomare di Durazzo
Pros:

L'alloggio ha tutto quello che occorre per passare qualche giorno in tranquillità vicino al lungomare di Durazzo. La camera è piccolina, ma ben sistemata e il bagno comodo e pulito. E' presente una zona giorno con una cucina ben fornita e un angolo per rilassarsi e mangiare. Abbiamo trovato tutto molto sistemato e pulito e la vicinanza con la zona del lungomare è davvero ottima per chi vuol passare la giornata al mare o una serata al passeggio.

Il proprietario è stato da subito gentilissimo e disponibile e si è messo in contatto con noi tramite whatsapp per tutte le informazioni e le domande eventuali. Quando abbiamo prenotato abbiamo comunicato come orario di arrivo le 23, e invece siamo arrivati effettivamente a Durazzo alle 18. L'host è stato carinissimo perché si è rifiutato di farci aspettare per strada tutto quel tempo, e invece ci ha dato un'altra camera, un appartamento con vista sul mare, lasciando anche invariato il prezzo iniziale, nonostante l'appartamento con vista mare costasse di più. La camera era ovviamente bellissima!
Grazie in particolare al proprietario, un ragazzo gentile, disponibilissimo, cordiale e simpatico, che ti fa sentire davvero accolto!

Assolutamente niente, è stato tutto fantastico!

klimatyzacja i lokalizacja

Cons:

brak przypisanego miejsca postojowego do czasu pobytu co wiązało się z szukaniem miejsca i traceniem czasu oraz pokój jest inny niż na zdjęciu. Nie było kołdry tylko prześcieradło co jest bardzo słabym rozwiązaniem

Actualy everything was more than OK.
But considering the humility and high temperatures: the AIRCO was worth his weight in gold.
And there were a lot of good restaurant!!!

Apartament czysty, przestronny, dobrze wyposażony, blisko plaży, w okolicy sklepy, kantor. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, nie było problemu z wcześniejszym zameldowaniem. Wi-Fi dobrze działa. Polecam.

Un sejur foarte plăcut și relaxant, într-o proprietate confortabilă și primitoare.
Pros:

Locația este foarte frumoasă și liniștită, camera a fost curată și confortabilă, iar proprietatea este bine amenajată. Ne-a plăcut foarte mult ca este foarte aproape de plaje.

Totul a fost în regulă și ne-am simțit foarte bine.
