My husband and I booked a delux king room and was allocated room 5. On arrival the room smelt a bit damp/musty and the bed (mainly the pillows) looked liked they'd been laid/slept on. The decor etc was also very dated ang not at all what we were expecting. I contacted the number provided and spoke with a lady informing her of our concerns. I asked to move room but the accommodation was apparently full with 'long staying guest'. Within the first 30 minutes of arrival I spoke to the lady a few times regarding issues with the room including dirty drinks tray/cups and no milk. I sent photos of our concerns and although the lady was very helpful including offering to come over to take a look, it seemed pointless and it was now too late to try and book alternative accommodation.
We left early the next morning and received a call offering another nights stay which we kindly declined (we had no intention of returning to Mill Bridge). Since then we've been offered a night's stay in a cottage they also have for rent which appeared significantly better. We accepted this kind offer, however, she's not returned our message to book.
Not quite sure why she bothered!!
Unfortunately, the stay was very disappointing and I would not recommend 😕

Over priced as no breakfast included.
No toilet roll in bathroom but this was proberly an oversight.

The bed was small and the sink in the bathroom was too small. Not the properties fault but as it is located close to the church the bells are really loud on a Sunday morning. There is a fridge in the room which is really useful but quite noisy and unfortunately other guests don’t know how to close doors quietly.

Toilet roll holder would be helpful.

The bathroom was not clean, we had to clean the toilet after arrival. Some towels were stained.

Hadn’t received an email with door code so a bit stressful trying to gain access . All worked out .

Locks on doors take abit of getting use to.

Strange smell - maybe damp or dog?

No on site parking. Car park 🅿️ too far to walk with bags etc especially when torrential rain.
Busy spot meant we couldn’t really park up outside and unload. Ok for one night as not much baggage.

The plug was missing from the bathroom sink and the owners were aware of this before we arrived. The church bells were a bit noisy on Tuesday because of rehearsals but with both windows closed wasn't too bad.
