location good for local attractions but beware of noisy pub/bars next door and opposite.
Pros:

The location is great for Skipton itself, however there is a very busy pub next door and a bar opposite that were very raucous from around 4pm to the early hours. Also the person who lives in the basement was very noisy until around 3am.

Cons:

The room was small and and there were no surfaces to put anything. Fridge was a small drinks fridge on the floor. Electric towel rail the wires were hanging out of the controls and there was one socket that was coming apart. Shower was very good though.

Awful
Pros:

Nothing. The property was clean.

Cons:

There were absolutely no facilities on site. No bar, no reception, no staff. The nearest car park was 300 meters away and cost £1.70 per hour. There wasn't even space outside the property to unload/load suitcases/ bags. There was no lift at the property. As such it was grossly overpriced. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pros:

Self check in was very easy.

Cons:

Although out of the control of the property the church bells chiming through the night wasn't ideal.

Solid place in Skipton.
Pros:

Solid place, fine room. Clean. Good WiFi.

Cons:

Its a place with self check in, which is not too complicated, but requires you to check your mails on the day of arrival.

Quiet and central
Pros:

Central and quiet location for Skipton.

Cons:

Small double beds (Not really long enough for a 6footer). The key pad isn't the obvious one but the digital Yale device you turn on by putting your palm over it.

Perfect for one night stay.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, good location.

Cons:

A little bland. We had the ground floor so had to keep the blind down as people going past! Different blinds might help.

Property good for central Skipton
Pros:

Property in centre of Skipton. Easy walk everywhere. Room spacious.

Cons:

Need some ‘net’ curtain or similar. Our room was on the front of the property and had 2 large windows. Only means of privacy was to lower blackout blinds.

Fabulous place and great town centre location, Would definitely come back again.
Pros:

Fabulous place and great location, we booked 3 rooms and they were all spot on, just what we needed. We also parked in the castle long stay car park round the corner (5 min walk) £3.80 for 24 hrs and very secure as gates locked at night.

Cons:

Nothing much to dislike. Bed a little soft for me, but that's down to personal preference.

Family celebration
Pros:

The location, close to station, shops, restaurants. The easy access to your accomodation using palm of hand codes to enter property and room so no keys to worry about. Fabulous facilities in the room, comfortable bed, nice shower, decent towels. Tea, coffee and milk with kettle. Little kitchenette if you want to cook something on the hob. It's a perfect location with free WiFi and TV. Management easy to contact

Brilliant service
Pros:

I stayed here with my bridesmaids the night before my wedding, was a beautiful big room and we was able to get ready and have photos with ease. Very comfortable stay and quiet too. They allowed us to check out later with ease and were very good at communicating everything with me.

Amazing stay would recommend!
Pros:

Booked the entire building for our family for a wedding. Rooms were beautiful and well equipped. Easy check in with coded doors. Close to all amenities and a pub right next door!

Cons:

The church bells ringing every half an hour through the night! However this is not the owners fault!!
