Terms & Conditions
1. Check-in time is 1 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
2. Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in .(even 2nd guest is not checking in at the time)
3. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms. A penalty will be charged for violations.
5. Loud music, parties, or any disturbance to other guests is not allowed.(Decorations inside the room are not allowed such as tape, nails, confetti, like candles,firecrackers, or any flammable materials is strictly prohibited.
6. Hotel is not responsible for loss or damages of valuables.
7. Visitors are not allowed in rooms after 6 PM without prior approval from management.(visitors id proof is compulsory.-Parking can be arranged for one vehicle per booking or group reservation. Additional guest parking is not available.)
8.Pets are not allowed
9. All payments must be settled at the time of check-in as per hotel policy.
10. Illegal activities and prohibited substances are strictly not allowed on the premises.
11. Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission or evict guests for misconduct.
12. A refundable security deposit of ₹1,500 is mandatory at the time of check-in. The deposit will be refunded at the time of check-out, subject to no damages, loss, or missing items in the room.
13.Minors (guests below 18 years of age) are allowed to stay only when accompanied by their parents or legal guardians with valid government-issued ID proof. Minors are strictly not permitted to check in alone or stay with friends without a parent or guardian.
14.Utilities are provided on a self-service basis. If any additional cleaning or housekeeping services are required, they will be charged separately as per hotel policy.
15.Children aged 12 years and above will be treated as adults for billing purposes. Applicable charges will be levied at the time of check-in, irrespective of the age mentioned during booking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.
