Excelente lugar!
Pros:

¡Me encantó mi estadía en el Hotel Sonesta! Las instalaciones son amplias, limpias y muy ordenadas. La habitación fue atendida diariamente y siempre repusieron todo lo necesario para que mi experiencia fuera excelente. El room service también fue espectacular; incluso tuvieron el lindo detalle de enviarme una galleta de cortesía. Destaco especialmente la atención personalizada, pues siempre se dirigieron a mí por mi nombre y me hicieron sentir muy bienvenida. Definitivamente, amé todo y volvería encantada.

In un hotel 5 Stelle il punto dolente il servizio Ristorante e colazione è appena sufficiente...Nessuna attenzione al cliente e soprattutto non integrare il cibo mancante nel buffet delle colazioni...a volte dovevi chiedere più volte per avere il vibo mancante.

Very comfortable room and excellent service. Recommended.
Pros:

We arrived at the hotel in the morning following an overnight bus from Nasca. The lady on reception (sorry, I have forgotten her name) was extremely helpful and allowed us to check into our room early and even gave us a pass to the breakfast buffet!

Whilst there I started to come down with a stomach bug and Lynda (on reception overnight) was very good in providing advice and sending hot water to our room so we could make herbal tea. She also sorted out a few taxi bookings for us and once when an early morning trip to Colca Canyon was postponed ( a mix up on dates) she very kindly, at 04.00, cancelled our packed lunch and reinstated the main breakfast. She was always pleasant and cheerful even at 03.30 in the morning! It is service like that makes you return to the same hotel!

The room was clean, excellent shower with a comfortable bed and quiet.

We would certainly stay there again and wholly recommend it!
