De prijs icm de kwaliteit was top, het was niet mega duur tijdens hoogseizoen en het hotel zat goed gelegen alles waar ik heen wilde was op loopafstand te doen. En het hotel is ook hygiënisch en goed beveiligd

Enfin, l’hôtel étant tout neuf, les installations sont modernes, agréables et parfaitement entretenu
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Charf et je tiens à souligner la qualité de l’accueil dès mon arrivée. La réceptionniste s’est montrée très professionnelle, souriante et attentionnée.

Un grand bravo également à toute l’équipe du housekeeping pour son travail remarquable. L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable, les chambres sont très bien entretenues et la literie est particulièrement confortable.

Cons:

L’emplacement est également un véritable atout, avec une proximité magnifique qui permet de profiter facilement des alentours.

La ubicación y la habitación con terraza

Cons:

En las habitaciones de la tercera planta el ruido de sillas procedentes del restaurante es muy fuerte.. Pero además durante la cena hay grupo de música tocando sin método de insonorización lo que es causa de que no puedas conciliar bien el sueño hasta las 02:00 o 02:30 am. RECOMENDACION: si se deciden por este hotel no admitan las habitaciones dela tercera planta

Pros:

Ontbijt OK; koffie slap. Balkon was fijn.

Cons:

Altijd herrie. Een disco in de kelder en soms keiharde muziek in restaurant op 4e etage. Tot ver in de nacht. Dreunende deuren. De receptionisten wisten niets van de stad. Geen stadskaart; geen adres van bureau toerisme.

The worse ever stay

Cons:

Everything. We arrived and everything was super loud at the bar and we haven’t enjoyed our being treated badly by the staff. When we asked about the invoice., they wanted to charge us 10 percent more.

We liked the friendly staff, the room and the rooftop restaurant.

Cons:

TV didn’t work very well and the rubbish that was just dumped outside opposite on the street due to construction work.

Great location and good value for money
Pros:

Location was within walking distance to everything. Staff were over the top friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The bar upstairs on the 4th floor (we were in the 2nd) would be open until 2am. The music sound was ok but the scraping of the chairs across the floor reverberated throughout making it impossible to sleep. Then it started again at 6am as the staff prepared for breakfast opening. An easy resolution would be to put felt tabs in the bottom of the chairs and tables.

The sleepless night killed the comfort score
Pros:

Better than expected facility and great staff

Cons:

but the night club in the ground floor made it impossible to rest and relax. Very loud music , people going in and out and even after closing a drunk guy was shouting as loud as he can in the street in front of the hotel.
