Good view, comfortable stay
Pros:

Great view, clean facilities,good customer service

Cons:

Food could be improved to better showcase local cuisine and flavour.
Towels are limited to 1 per person each day and they charge extra for additional towels
Staff forgot to clean room in second day and we had to request proper cleaning

Hotel assez basique, mais le seul disponible sur Banaue.
Pros:

50% du personnel aimable.
Qualité des plats servis au restaurant.
Trés belle vue coté rizières.
Beau balcon dans notre chambre.

Cons:

50 % du personnel pas aimable (nous avons passé une soirée au restaurant sans aucune attention du personnel et a aller au comptoir pour commander et se chercher nos boissons.
L'éloignement du centre ville.
Le manque de soin aux détails de la chambre : armoire en formica, tapis de bain usé et sale.
Petit déjeuner assez basique. Formules proposée pas claire. Le premier jour je n'ai eu que 2 oeufs sur la plat pour un déjeuner "Américain".
Restaurant ferme assez tôt.

Excellent. The hotel that will make your vacation wonderful.
Pros:

Great boutique hotel. Excellent experience. The hotel is located in a great view - so a wonderful view can be seen in the rooms from the large windows and balconies as well as from the restaurant.
The room is large and spacious, clean and well-equipped. Comfortable bed, comfortable seating area on the balcony and in the room, refrigerator and kettle.
The restaurant (combined with a bar) is pleasant and overlooks the view, there is an option to sit inside and on the balcony. The staff is very nice, helpful and professional.
Good breakfast (pancakes, eggs, salad, toast, jams and also local style - rice, fish, sausages...)
Varied menu for lunch and dinner (until 9:00 PM) Fair prices and the dishes are delicious and fresh.
The staff at the reception are pleasant and provide fast and professional service. And help organize trips in the area in different styles and budgets (from tricycle to van with a guide attached)
I stayed at the hotel for 5 days and in my opinion this is the only place in the area to enjoy the area and vacation.
(For those not on a tight budget)

Cons:

The water flow is relatively weak - I assume this is a local problem. (But the water is still hot and the shower is great and you can wash your hair)
