ZONE SHINSAIBASHI WEST

Unfortunately, this was one of the more disappointing hotel stays of our trip.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, and some of the facilities we had specifically paid for, including the washing machines, were unavailable. No compensation or alternative was offered — we were simply told they were sorry, which did not feel sufficient.

Access was also inconvenient. We had to carry our heavy luggage up a flight of stairs just to reach reception, something that should have been made much clearer in advance. The hotel itself offered very few amenities, and the bathroom was easily the most cramped we encountered anywhere in Japan.

The room design was also surprisingly impractical. Some fixtures were placed in awkward positions, and I hit my head on one of the lights more than once. Taken together, these issues made the stay feel uncomfortable and poorly thought out.

Hemos tenido una mala experiencia con el hotel. No con el personal que ha estado atento en todo momento. Queremos realizar una reclamación.
La habitación que se enunciaba como doble superior, era extremadamente pequeña. No cabían casi ni las dos maletas. El lavabo era menor que el de una autocaravana, sentado en el wc las puertas no podian ni cerrar. La ducha ni se aguantaba de pie. Las sábanas estaban siempre medio húmedas de la mala ventilación. Tengo fotos por si desea confirmar lo pequeño que era el sitio. Por otra parte, por mucho aviso de que hubieran hecho, estaban de obras en el propio edificio durante todo el día y tenían la sauna y el gimnasio inoperativo. Tampoco había servicio de habitaciones aunque estaba el cartelito para colgar en la puerta. Nunca había topado con un hotel seleccionado por parte de booking donde hubiera tan poco nivel. Muy decepcionado. Ruego respuesta lo antes posible.

Stanza molto piccola e con arredamento ridotto al minimo. Per un soggiorno breve e con pochi bagagli va benissimo, altrimenti consiglio di valutare altro in quanto non si riuscirebbe neanche ad aprire la valigia. Non ci sono appendiabiti degni di essere chiamati tali…

A porta do banheiro praticamente dava pra ver a outra pessoa dentro, sequer foi disponibilizado outro cobertor quando pedimos

シーツなどを自分で交換したから終わったと思ったのかな？ 清掃の方が居て聞いたらゴミなどの掃除に入ると言われたのに入ってなかったです 外国の方だったので話が合わなかったのかと

Staff were rude and incompetent. I’ll never stay there again.
