Pros:

Mały hotel na ostatnim piętrze budynku. Wieczorem nie ma obsługi, ale to żaden problem. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie też bez problemu, trzeba tylko dać mailowo znać godzinę przyjazdu. Sala śniadaniowa mała i budziła obawy ale okazało się, że były one absolutnie bezpodstawne, Były nawet ciepłe dania, a już część "słodka" bardzo bogata. Byliśmy na opisywanym tarasie na dachu. Bardzo fajne miejsce z niezwykłym widokiem. Dla podróżujących pociągiem absolutnie topowa lokalizacja. Spieszyliśmy się rano i dojście zajęło pięć minut.

Cons:

W zasadzie nie mam uwag. Może tylko to, że w naszym pokoju klimatyzacja dmuchała na łóżko "w twarz" ale było bardzo gorąco na zewnątrz więc w sumie to nie był wielki problem po max zmniejszeniu nawiewu (chyba technicznie ciężko było znaleźć inne miejsce).

这里离火车站非常近，下了或者拖行李箱过来也不会很困难。
接待的女士人非常耐心友好，主动跟我们说了哪里坐车、哪里好玩等关键的信息。
住宿的卫生条件和各种设施也很不错。
最让人满意的是他们的免费早餐，有各种类型的咖啡、新鲜水果、鲜榨果汁、各种面包和甜品，最重要的是滑蛋、火腿、烤培根、还有各种芝士真的非常好吃！感谢丰盛的早餐开启新的美好的一天！

Cons:

这里的住宿都没有洗衣房、洗衣机，甚至没有晾衣服的地方，柜子里晾衣架也是很少不够用的，建议如果不想外出花钱洗衣服的，带些晾衣服的绳子或者衣架。

Pros:

Personal muy amable, colaboradores y muy pendientes de nuestra comodidad. Excelente ubicación. Buen desayuno. Habitaciones cómodas, con nevera y buen aireacondicionado. En el baño secador, champoo y gel baño.

Hotel bom com recepcionistas muito gentis!
Pros:

O hotel é simples, mas confortável. Fica no 3 andar de um prédio antigo, tem um elevador pequeno que dá pra levar bagagens e até 3 pessoas. O café da manhã era bom, sortido, e as recepcionistas muito simpáticas e atenciosas, especialmente a Maria! Fica a uma rua da estação de trem de Santa Maria Novella, o que é bem conveniente pra quem vai pegar trem várias vezes. Deu pra fazer todo o centro a pé.

Cons:

Não é o hotel em si, mas a localização. As redondezas da estação de trem não gostei muito, ruas sujas, moradores de rua e pedintes, à noite dava um pouco de medo de andar, embora não tenhamos tido nenhum problema de segurança.

Pros:

Es un hotel sencillo pero muy completo, bien ubicado y limpio. El personal muy amable y voluntarioso. El desayuno muy bueno, tenía de todo. Necesitábamos productos sin gluten y nos los facilitaron sin problema.

Cons:

El baño es pequeño pero son edificios antiguos y no se puede pedir más.
