Pros:

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und ist auch super mit Kindern. Die Wohngegend ist nicht so toll aber man hat eine gute Anbindung mit U-Bahn, Bus oder S-Bahn und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Fragen werden sehr schnell beantwortet und man wird genau informiert wo man hin muss und wie es funktioniert. Ich würde wieder Buchen.

Отличное соотношение цены и качества, приятный вид, но район не лучший. Удобно добираться в любую точку Берлина

Die Terrasse

Cons:

Das Bett (Bettdecke, Kissen, Matratze) haben extrem unangenehm nach altem Schweiß gerochen. Diverse Gegenstände in der Wohnung waren defekt oder sehr abgenutzt/ dreckig, sodass es lieblos und etwas verwahrlost wirkte. Die Gegend um der Wohnung ist nicht schön mit vielen Leuten, die Nachts in den Straßen und an Hausecken rumstehen. Wenn man aber mit der U/S Bahn in die Stadt möchte ist die Lage ok, bis auf dass man den Weg zum Bahnhof überbrücken muss (was ich Nachts alleine nicht unbedingt tun würde).

zweckmäßige FeWo in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage der FeWo ist sehr gut. Nur 5 min Fussweg ist eine U-Bahn Station von der aus man ganz Berlin erreichen. In der Straße vor der Wohnung kann man kostenfrei parken. Schlüsselboxcode kam sehr pünktlich. Ruhige Wohnlage trotz großer Straße in der Nähe.

Cons:

Es war sehr unangenehm, dass die Heizkörper zwar vorhanden waren, aber keine Wärme Abgaben. Da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, war es sehr kühl. Außerdem muss ich bemängeln, dass das Geschirr mit Kafferändern verschmutzt war und vor Benutzung abgewaschen werden musste. Im Kühlschrank befand sich eine offene Milchpackung (Bio) und Schokoladenpapier im Schrank. WiFi ist nur in einem Raum gut.

Spacious apartment on ground floor looking onto small garden area. Very clean and generally comfortable. Well equipped
Pros:

The location was excellent for us as our sone stays nearby. Easy walk to local S and Ubahn stations into the city centre.

Cons:

The bed settee was rather firm for sleeping on.

Guter Aufenthalt, ohne Auto ist es einfacher.
Pros:

Schöne ruhige Lage, gut zugeschnittenes Appartement mit großzügigem Bad, Checkout war bis 11 Uhr möglich

Cons:

Keine gute Parkplatzsituation, waren oft vollständig besetzt. Wer viel das Auto nutzen will, ist hier nicht so gut bedient. Geschirr und Besteck recht übersichtlich. Der Esstisch könnte größer sein.

Quiet and spacious
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and if the weather would have been better, we would have loved to use the terrace. Having two separate bedrooms was very comfortable and the offered commodities were great to use. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet and dark at night, so sleep came easily. The location is also great, and it takes moderately long to get to most places.

Cons:

The floor could have been cleaned up better and we had quite a few bugs in our apartment. Also, soap to wash one's hands could be a nice cherry on top. Furthermore, most of the pillows were unbearable in their thickness.

Preis - Leistung war gut, nahe am S-Bahnhof.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist etwas versteckt und nicht gleich zu finden. Die Apartments sind im Erdgeschoss eines Wohnblocks und die Bewohner hatten es nicht so mit Sauberkeit. Es lag jeden Tag irgendwelcher Müll vor der Tür, der von den Balkonen geworfen wurde. Es wäre gut gewesen, wenn eine Information über Supermärkte, Restaurants, Apotheken, Sehenswürdigkeiten usw. im Apartment gelegen hätte.
