Schöne Anlage, aber insgesamt weit entfernt vom Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels.
Pros:

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und bemüht. Gut gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage direkt am Meer, die sich sehr gut zum Entspannen eignet. Der Ort Sisi ist fußläufig erreichbar und lädt zu kleinen Spaziergängen ein. Insgesamt ist das Hotel schön angelegt und bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Leider entspricht das Hotel aus unserer Sicht in vielen Bereichen nicht dem Anspruch eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Der Service ist zwar freundlich, aber teilweise sehr langsam und der Umgang mit Problemen war enttäuschend. Eine quietschende Zimmertür wurde zwar repariert, begann aber kurze Zeit später wieder zu quietschen.

Besonders negativ war ein sehr lautes Geräusch in der Nacht, das bereits ab der ersten Nacht auftrat und uns über mehrere Nächte gestört hat. Unser Baby wurde dadurch ebenfalls wach. Mehrere Mitarbeiter haben versucht, die Ursache zu finden, aber das Problem wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gelöst.

Auch das Essen war eher durchschnittlich und aus unserer Sicht nicht auf 5-Sterne-Niveau. Viele Produkte wirkten eher einfach und nicht besonders hochwertig. Beispiele hierfür sind unter anderem Eier aus Pulver, keine originale Nutella, einfache Ketchup-Produkte, keine originale Cola und allgemein Getränke und Lebensmittel, bei denen man eher den Eindruck von günstigeren Alternativen bekommt. Gerade bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwartet man hochwertigere Produkte und eine bessere Qualität. Das vegetarische und vegane Angebot war kleiner als beworben, und ein veganer Burger von der Karte war mehrere Tage nicht verfügbar.

Enttäuschend war außerdem die Situation mit den Sonnenliegen: Obwohl das Reservieren verboten ist, wird diese Regel kaum kontrolliert. Liegen bleiben teilweise stundenlang blockiert, ohne dass eingegriffen wird.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und gut zum Abschalten, aber wer Unterhaltung, Ausflüge oder ein lebendiges Umfeld sucht, sollte wissen, dass das Hotel sehr abgelegen liegt. Auch das Abendprogramm war während unseres Aufenthalts sehr begrenzt. Zudem ist es direkt am Meer häufig sehr windig, was man bei der Reiseplanung berücksichtigen sollte.

Ein weiterer Punkt, der uns gestört hat, ist die Lautstärke rund um das Hotel.

Struttura pulitissima e molto grande e accogliente, nei servizi aperol spritz e nei ristoranti personale gentilissimo e accogliente. Abbiamo preso la stanza con la piscina privata e devo dire bellissima

È stato chiesto alla struttura per cortesia visto che ci eravamo dimenticati di prenotare al ristorante italiano, se potevamo andare ugualmente, visto che 10 min prima ero andato direttamente al ristorante ed era praticamente vuoto, c’erano molti posti liberi e persino il personale del ristorante mi ha detto che mi sarebbe bastato chiedere in reception e sicuramente mi avrebbero detto di sì, invece mi reco in reception e una signora con un tono non dei più “accoglienti” mi dice che non c’era modo, io gli specifico che per noi era l’ultima sera ed essendo stanchi ci avrebbe fatto comodo rimanere a mangiare lì (evitando però il buffet che per noi italiani non è un granché, visto che siamo abituati molto bene col cibo)
Provo poi con la 2’ richiesta, avendo il volo alle 18 e dovendo fare il ceck out alle 11, ho chiesto se (anche pagando) potevano lasciarci qualche ora in più la stanza, o anche darcene un’altra giusto per qualche ora
0 totale, sempre con un tono fastidioso mi risponde negativo
