Excellent séjour dans un très bel hôtel, malgré quelques points d’organisation à améliorer
Pros:

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à l’Enorme Santanna Island. L’hôtel est vraiment très agréable dans son ensemble et nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre chambre, qui était très bien située. Malgré le fait que l’hôtel soit rempli, nous n’avons eu aucun problème de bruit et avons pu profiter d’un vrai calme dans la chambre.
Le buffet est également un point fort : très bon, varié et avec des propositions différentes chaque jour. Nous ne nous sommes pas lassés une seule fois durant la semaine.
Mention spéciale également au personnel, toujours très gentil, accueillant et agréable.
Enfin, l’accès à la piscine depuis la chambre est un vrai plus et apporte vraiment quelque chose au séjour. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié pouvoir en profiter tranquillement.
Une très belle expérience dans l’ensemble et un hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Cons:

Quelques petits points seraient à améliorer, notamment concernant l’organisation de certains services.
Le principal concerne les serviettes de la piscine. L’hôtel demande de les changer tous les deux jours, mais il n’y en a malheureusement pas toujours de disponibles. Nous sommes venus à deux reprises pendant notre semaine pour les échanger et, à chaque fois, on nous a demandé de revenir le lendemain car il n’y en avait plus. Au final, nous n’avons réussi à changer nos serviettes qu’une seule fois en une semaine. Il semble qu’il faille venir dès 10h pour être sûr d’en avoir, ce qu’il faudrait préciser aux clients.
Autre point concernant le ménage : les horaires de passages étaient assez variables. La plupart du temps, la femme de ménage passait entre 12h et 14h, mais un jour elle est venue vers 9h alors que nous étions encore au lit et nous avons dû refuser le ménage à ce moment là (elle a du repasser plus tard vers 15h-16h)
Dans notre cas, comme notre chambre disposait d’un accès direct à la piscine, nous profitions pleinement de cet espace et quittions finalement très peu la chambre. Il était donc difficile de prévoir le passage du ménage et de s’organiser pour laisser la chambre libre au bon moment.
Un système permettant d’indiquer que la chambre est disponible pour être nettoyée serait vraiment pratique. Cela permettrait aux clients de profiter de leur chambre sans avoir à anticiper un horaire de passage variable, tout en évitant à l’équipe de ménage de se déplacer lorsque la chambre est occupée.
Enfin, nous avons remarqué que la climatisation de notre chambre était très poussiéreuse. Un nettoyage plus régulier serait appréciable.
Ce sont surtout des petits points d’entretien et d’organisation qui pourraient facilement être améliorés, car pour le reste nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Ce fut pour nous des vacances magnifiques.
Pros:

Tout est moderne, dans un esprit tranquille relax, les piscines sont incroyables, les chambres magnifiques.

Cons:

Pour notre part, l’hôtel correspondait entièrement à nos attentes, peut-être simplement le fait d’avoir du mal à trouver un transat le matin. Les gens ne respectent pas les horaires et réservent des transats parfois sans même venir.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed at — absolutely not recommended!

Do yourself a favor and don’t book this hotel.

The hotel has four pools, but there are no towels available by the pools. You have to walk all the way to the spa just to get a towel, which is extremely inconvenient.

The bathroom was another major issue. There was no shower door at all, so every time we took a shower, the entire bathroom floor got completely wet. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel that presents itself as a luxury property.

The hotel supposedly has three restaurants, but good luck getting a table. Every evening we asked for a table and were told there was no availability. Eventually, after repeatedly asking and practically begging, we were offered tables — but only at hours that we didn’t want.

The food was also very disappointing, especially for a hotel that considers itself a luxury property.

The only positive thing we can say is that the hotel itself looks beautiful and the design is impressive. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. You barely see any staff around, and we constantly felt like nobody actually cared about the guests or their experience.

Overall, a very disappointing stay. Definitely not recommended.

עשו לעצמכם טובה ואל תזמינו את המלון הזה.

במלון יש ארבע בריכות, אבל אין מגבות ליד הבריכות. צריך ללכת כל הדרך לספא רק כדי לקחת מגבת, וזה מאוד לא נוח.

חדר הרחצה היה בעיה נוספת. לא הייתה בכלל דלת למקלחת, ולכן בכל פעם שהתקלחנו כל רצפת חדר הרחצה נרטבה לחלוטין. זה פשוט בלתי מתקבל על הדעת עבור מלון שמציג את עצמו כמלון יוקרה.

במלון יש לכאורה שלוש מסעדות, אבל בהצלחה למצוא מקום. בכל ערב ביקשנו להזמין מקום ונאמר לנו שאין זמינות. בסופו של דבר, אחרי שביקשנו שוב ושוב וכמעט התחננו, הציעו לנו מקומות – אבל רק בשעות שלא רצינו.

גם האוכל היה מאכזב מאוד, במיוחד עבור מלון שמחשיב את עצמו למלון יוקרתי.

הדבר החיובי היחיד שאנחנו יכולים לומר הוא שהמלון עצמו נראה יפה מאוד והעיצוב מרשים. לצערנו, השירות היה גרוע.

Firstly the staff were excellent, all friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was fantastic, our room was a swim up which we enjoyed, Getting in and out of the pool whenever we wanted and had private poolside bed was good.
The food options were endless and the fruit & veg especially were amazing.
Having the option of using 3 Ala carte restaurants as well as the buffet was a bonus too.

Cons:

It was very remote, which was my own fault for not checking properly so not really a fault of the hotel.

Das Hotel Enorme Santanna Island war hervorragend. Die Lage ist sehr schön, das Hotel ist sehr modern und sauber, das Essen war vielseitig und besonders die Desserts mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Auch das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Perfekt zum Entspannen an den verschiedenen Pools oder am Strand (der zu Fuß zu erreichen ist), aber auch die Spaziergänge im Sonnenuntergang waren toll.
Sehr zu empfehlen!

Bien en général
Pros:

Différents restaurants à réserver en avance mais cela permet de changer lorsqu’on est en all inclusive. Donc top à ce niveau

Cons:

Pour le goûter à part un stand de crêpe nutella et des cooktails il yavais rien d’autres et je trouve cela dommage on aurais pu avoir des stands de glaces , de viennoiseries ect pour le goûter .
