Cordialità e non invadenza del personale
Mancanza accesso diretto al mare; se avessi capito che solo alcune camere avevano la piscina privata avrei scelto quelle anziché una stanza normale.
The staff was really amazing and welcoming. The food was great. It was the best vacation one could ask for and definitely worth the price.

Το φαγητό ήταν καλό οι διάφορες pop up εγκαταστάσεις επίσης ωραίες όπως το Aperol Spritz bar και η nutelleria όπως επίσης και μετά το check out πήραμε ένα κουπόνι και το μεσημέρι να φάμε το φαγητό μας κανονικά. Τα παιδιά που εργάζονται εκεί στα εστιατόρια και στα μπαρ είναι πάρα πολύ ευγενικά. Το γιαπωνέζικο εστιατόριο πολύ καλό αλλά και γενικά το φαγητό ήταν πλούσιο και καλό . επίσης πολύ καλό ότι υπάρχει φαγητό μέχρι τις 4 η ώρα το πρωί!!!!!!
Οι ιδιωτικές πισίνες δεν είναι ιδιωτικές και δεν έχουν χωρίσματα ειδικά ( δωμάτια με θέα τη θάλασσα). Στις πισίνες είναι αυτές τις τις ιδιωτικές το νερό είναι πολύ παγωμένο και δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω το λόγο γι’ αυτό δυστυχώς το προσωπικό στη ρεσεψιόν δεν είναι και το πιο φιλικό προσωπικό που υπάρχει ενώ τα παιδιά που δουλεύουν στα εστιατόρια και στα μπαρ είναι πολύ φιλόξενα και ευγενικά.
Schönes Hotel, tolles Ambiente, sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal.
Mein Sohn und Schwiegertochter hatten das Hotel gebucht mit zwei kleinen Kindern gebucht, das Zimmer war zu klein für zwei Kinderbetten u. es gab nicht genug, auch nicht ausreichend Kindersitze im Restaurant, kein Kinderpool oder Spielplatz. Es sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, dass es sich für Kinder nicht eignet. Auch der Strand eignet sich nicht für Kinder und ist generell nicht schön.

בוודאות אחזור שוב, והפעם ליותר זמן.
הכל כלול, אלכוהול טוב, בופה שפתוח כמעט כל היום לארוחות עיקריות וגם נשנושים, בריכות, מסעדות הכל הכל וואו.
גם הצוות והשירות היו וואו!!! צוות נעים ואדיב, אין ספק שאמליץ לאחרים ואחזור שוב

Un séjour de 10 jours inoubliable ! Tout était vraiment positif : un personnel professionnel, souriant et très accueillant, une propreté irréprochable, un excellent buffet avec beaucoup de choix, et même de la viande halal.
La piscine était également magnifique, un vrai plaisir pour se détendre et profiter du séjour.
Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Mohammed, qui a été d’une grande gentillesse et très serviable. Il prenait le temps de nous montrer ce qui était halal ou non au buffet, ce qui nous a beaucoup rassurés et permis de profiter pleinement de nos repas.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce magnifique séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y retournerais avec grand plaisir !

La piscine principale est jolie
Les restos à la carte sont très bien mais pensez à les réserver dès le premier jour sinon ils sont full
Le personnel toujours souriant et adorable avec les enfants
Les crêpes l’après midi c’est sympa
Les chambres sont jolies et propres. La literie hyper confortable
La qualité du buffet
L’hôtel est coupé par des routes et la nuit il y a du bruit
Il n’y a aucune animation, rien à faire du tout la journée à part être sur un transat à la piscine si vous mettez le réveil pour le reserver
On nous explique que c’est interdit de mettre nos affaires sur un transat mais si vous ne le faites pas aucune chance de vous poser à la piscine et du coup la seule activité à faire de la journée tombe à l’eau
Il n’y a meme pas un baby ou une table de ping pong, pas un filet de volley. Le soir il n’y a rien à faire non plus juste un bar dans lequel il y a de la musique
