Pros:

Obiekt jest bardzo zadbany, wszystko jest nowe, czyste i urządzone z dużą dbałością o szczegóły. Bardzo miła, sympatyczna i uprzejma właścicielka, która była zawsze pomocna. 😊

Jedynym minusem było to, że niestety nie otrzymałam pokoju z widokiem na morze, o którym wspomniano w opisie, ani z widokiem na ogród. W rzeczywistości widok na morze z tego budynku jest raczej znikomy. Mimo to pobyt oceniam bardzo dobrze i byłam zadowolona. Piszę o tym głównie dlatego, że dla niektórych osób widok z pokoju może być bardzo ważnym elementem przy wyborze obiektu. Poza tym naprawdę polecam — szczególnie ze względu na czystość, nowoczesność i bardzo miłą właścicielkę. ❤️

Pros:

Struttura nuovissima, moderna, molto pulita e in ordine. Non è in centro ma lo si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi.

Cons:

Ci sono tre/quattro parcheggi e gli alloggi sono più del doppio. Se si ha la fortuna (come me) di trovarlo libero, bene, altrimenti bisogna parcheggiare in doppia fila o su una strada molto ripida e stretta.

Pros:

A 10 minutos de la playa, limpio y moderno. Además tiene nevera lo cual es un puntazo.

Cons:

No tiene persianas solo cortinas blancas que dejan pasar toda la luz lo que hace que te despiertes a las cinco de la mañana.

Good experience in Vila Jouvani ☺️
Pros:

The room was neat, tidy and with good air conditioner. The owner was very decent and nice lady.

Cons:

Far in somehow but NOT so far from the central of Sarande. But what compensate that the good condition of the room and the building.

Siamo stati molto bene in questo appartamento che aveva ogni servizio disponibile e la proprietaria e. veramente 1 persona di grande umanità speciale x noi xchè ha reso la nostra permanenza migliore e non ci ha fatto mancare niente;
Consiglio come affitto xchè si trova in 1 zona dove trovate supermercati e servizi;e siete non molto lontano dal lungomare di Saranda.

Property was clean.

Cons:

We booked a balcony room, however when we arrived they gave us a room with no balcony.
Hosts were quite rude when it came to the payment and did not speak the best english.
Room has one fridge in - but no kettle to make coffee or tea.
Apartment is also a very steep uphill from the beach.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

The location is great, in a very quiet area, close to the beach and the promenade, bakery, shops. The building is relatively new and in a very good condition. Private parking. The host is very polite and helpful. The room was clean and practical, with big balcony and big shower area. Big, comfortable bed, and the linen and towels smelled very nice and fresh. Definitely good value for money!

El edificio es nuevo y además está muy limpio. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Está a 10 minutos de la playa y del paseo caminando. Puedes aparcar en la puerta. La cama muy cómoda y las sábanas olían super bien. El chico que nos recibió fue muy amable. Tiene nevera, wifi, tendedero y aire acondicionado.

Cons:

Para mi gusto las almohadas son un poco duras.
Es una pena que un edificio reformado no tenga bien aislado el tema de los olores en los desagües ya que a veces se olía.

Excelente custo benefício
Pros:

Quarto grande, limpo, com ar-condicionado, cama grande, lençóis e toalhas limpas, apesar de ficar no morro tinha excelente localização, perto de tudo, dos ônibus que levam para Ksamil e Himarë, mercados, casa de cambio, infelizmente nosso quarto não tinha sacada nem maquina de lavar roupas mas vimos que tem quartos que tem.

Cons:

As únicas ressalvas ficam para a internet que não funcionou muito bem e em um dos dias não funcionou nada e para a falta de box no banheiro que ao tomar banho o banheiro molha muito, mas foi tão bem feito que não empossa àgua mas fica molhado.

Cons:

No había recepción. Solo me abrió la puerta un chico, me cobró en efectivo sin darme ningún recibo, y se fue. No volví a ver a ninguna persona, ni hubo check out. Solo me dijo que al irme dejara la llave dentro. Me dio la clave de wifi por lo menos. No había TV ni secador de pelo.

Cons:

Die Wohnung an sich war in Ordnung, aber es gab einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Wir hatten leider keinen Balkon, was wir uns eigentlich erhofft hatten. Außerdem war die Gastgeberin eher unfreundlich. Eine eigene Waschmaschine stand nicht zur Verfügung und das WLAN hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Schade, denn die Unterkunft selbst ist eigentlich schön, aber diese Dinge haben den Gesamteindruck deutlich verschlechtert.
