Hezké ubytování na hezkém místě, parkování.
Pros:

Hezké moderní zařízení pokojů, krásný výhled do okolní krajiny, parkování v areálu. Vstřícný personál.

Cons:

V hotelu nefungovala na 100% restaurace, byl výběr jen ze 2 jídel k večeři, zbytečně drahá snídaně (15 EUR). Byly problémy s placením, personál po nás chtěl další příplatek za úklid, který jsme ale předtím přes Booking uhradili, nějaká špatná komunikace ubytovatel/Booking.

Moderní, čisté a v dobrém místě

Cons:

Velice mě zaskočil poplatek za úklid, který nikde nebyl uveden. Faktura za ubytování byla vystavena za nižší částku, než jsme zaplatili přes Booking.

Nett aber nicht sauber
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, gutes Essen

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit, im Zimmer lag überall Blütenstaub, der Fahrstuhl wurde auch schon seit Tagen nicht mehr geputzt, der Flur nicht gesaugt.

Overall good value for money, excellent staff.
Pros:

Good location for commuting to Schladming/Planai area for skiing. The staff were super welcoming and pleasant. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped.

Cons:

No dedicated ski room. Breakfasts and dinners from the restaurant has to be ordered day before, no lunches or cooking during the day.
