Location and beautiful room. The staff was very helpful.

Cons:

When I checked in, I went out immediately for dinner. Then returned, took a shower but when I finished my shower noticed the temperature was warm. I turned down the thermostat but it continued to get warmer. I had to get dressed, go down to the reception area. She came to my room and found that it was set on heat. Why, in August would someone set it on heat??? Very inconvenient & frustrating.

Very nice location and clean

Cons:

The dryer wasnt working, we have asked for new one and staff brought it without even double checking. The seconf dryer brought to us was not working. We had to wait for 3rd dryer to arrive, whicj took sometime.

Excellent choix à Athènes
Pros:

Sachant qu’on arrivait tôt ils nous ont laissé accéder à notre chambre en avant midi
Bien situé, moderne, accueillant, café, eau , coffre fort, lit confortable

Cons:

Un peu bruyant le soir mais c’est le prix à payer pour être dans la Plaka comme tous les hôtels de ce quartier je suppose.
Quelques cheveux par terre rien de grave

Very good value for the money
Pros:

Great location, extremely friendly staff, clean and beautiful room/property with comfy bed In our room. They had slippers and robes In the room with complimentary water and coffee.

Cons:

The reception was open only from 9am to 5pm but you can still check in and out outside the service hours so it didn’t bother us too much :)

habitacion buena, hotel bien ubicado, pero el ruido de la calle hasta las 2 de la mañana hacen insoportable la estadia, por suerte fue una sola noche, no volveria nunca mas a este hotel, de hecho cuando entras a la habitacion lo primero que ves son unos tapones para los oidos, lo que es una pesima señal

The overall aesthetic of the hotel is stunning, and there is clearly a lot of thought that has gone into the design.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was let down by noise and cleanliness issues that I wouldn’t expect when paying a premium price.

Our room faced the street and was extremely loud at night. Earplugs were provided, which we appreciated, but having to rely on earplugs to sleep isn’t what you expect from a premium hotel, particularly when the issue could potentially be addressed with better soundproofing in the front-facing rooms.

The cleanliness was also disappointing. The towels had a very unpleasant odour, the floors felt sticky, and the shower appeared to have mould. We have been travelling around Europe for three weeks and, unfortunately, this was by far the worst hotel cleanliness we have experienced during our trip.

It’s a real shame because the hotel itself has such a beautiful aesthetic and a lot of potential. With better soundproofing for the front rooms and a significant improvement in housekeeping and cleanliness, this could be a fantastic offering.

It’s was an amazing stay everything we need next to us from shops and restaurants , big thanks to Maria and her amazing service and the house keeping she was great and helpful
