Pros:

Príjemný a profesionálny personál na recepcii a v lobby bare. Pekné a tiché prostredie.

Cons:

Jedine co sa nám nepáčilo tak bol problém vo wellnesse a je to ten, že keď chce ísť človek do wellnessu poobede a pred vami už prešlo počas dňa 30 ľudí, tak síce vás systém pusti cez turnikety ale už vám neotvorí žiadnu skrinku a ani vás nepusti do sauny ani vtedy aj keď v priestoroch wellnessu už nikto nieje. Bolo by vhodné aby sa neblokovali skrinky na cely deň iba 30 timi ľuďmi ale aby sa priradili človeku pri vstupe a pri výstupe aby sa uvoľnili pre ďalšieho človeka ktorý príde po ňom.

Raňajky biedne, slabý výber
Pros:

Wellness, tepla voda vo vírivke, bazén super pre plavcov

Cons:

Objednané sme mali dve izby, žiadali sme manželské postele, v oboch izbách boli oddelené postele a bola nám zima!!!

celý pobyt super (pomer cena / výkon)

parkovanie - miesto bolo iba v podzemí a malo veľmi úzky/šikmý vchod a nezrekonštruované

Położenie, okolica. Widok z balkonu

Cons:

W informacji na booking było napisane, że w hotelu jest restauracja. Niestety gdy chcieliśmy z niej skorzystać za odpłatnością zostaliśmy poinformowani że jest ona zarezerwowana dla grupy. Szkoda, że taka informacja nie została nam przekazana ani przy rezerwacji pobytu ani przy meldowaniu się do pokoju. Dodatkowo młody mężczyzna - tęższy z obsługi w restauracji był niemiły w trakcie rozmowy.

Určite sa vrátime znova skvelý pomer cena kvalita ďakujeme :)
Pros:

Užili sme si výborné raňajky, výhľad krásny, oddýchli sme si po túre vo wellnesse, ktorý bol v cene. Priateľ si veľmi pochvaľoval sauny :).
Televízia na ktorej sa dalo zapnúť čokoľvek aj cez náš notebook, ktorý sme si prepojili.

Cons:

Osobne mi tam chýbala chladnička a menšia kuchynka, inak to bolo pekne zariadené, novo prerobené.

Kojące (nerwy i zmysły) otoczenie hotelu to duży atut.
Pros:

Hotel położony w zacisznej części Demanovskiej Doliny z sielskim krajobrazem i widokiem na Chopok nawet z basenu. Cisza i spokój oraz duża dbałość o czystość, pomimo iż nie jest to nowoczesny obiekt. Idealny na regenerację z bardzo miłą obsługą.

Cons:

Droga dojazdowa wymaga remontu i lepszego oświetlenia.
