Il personale è stato gentilissimo e sempre super disponibile. Anche dopo aver lasciato la stanza ci hanno permesso di lasciare per quel giorno la moto in garage ed i bagagli in un ripostiglio custodito accanto alla reception. Tutto senza chiederci delle aggiunte. L'hotel è praticamente al centro della via principale di Valona ed uscendo ci si trova già immersi lungo la strada piena di locali e negozi. La colazione, che viene fatta al sesto piano della struttura, offre una vista chiaramente dall'alto della via.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere felt very warm and family-like. We were always greeted with a smile, and the staff were happy to help with any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic stay. We would definitely come back!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 4 notti e non potevamo fare scelta migliore! È un bellissimo hotel a conduzione familiare, dove fin dal primo momento si percepiscono la gentilezza, la disponibilità e soprattutto la grande attenzione verso gli ospiti.

La struttura è impeccabile: tutto è estremamente pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli. Le camere sono nuove, moderne, spaziose e arredate con molto gusto, davvero piacevoli e confortevoli.

La colazione è stata una bellissima sorpresa: ottima, varia e con prodotti di qualità. Ma il vero punto forte è sicuramente il rooftop, semplicemente pazzesco! Un ambiente bellissimo, con una vista spettacolare, perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi un drink.

I proprietari e tutto lo staff sono stati sempre gentilissimi e disponibili, facendoci sentire più come ospiti di casa che semplici clienti.

È raro trovare una struttura che riesca a combinare così bene qualità, pulizia, accoglienza e attenzione al cliente. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e sicuramente ci ritorneremo!

Lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Valona. Assolutamente 10/10!

Excellent location, and super friendly staff

Hôtel parfait ! ⭐️ Chambre très belle, propre et confortable, personnel adorable et très accueillant. Le parking souterrain est un vrai plus, et le petit déjeuner était bon. L’hôtel est très bien placé. Nous avons passé une super nuit.

Ein wunderbares, privat geführtes und noch relativ neu eröffnetes Hotel, das wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können!

Die Lage ist perfekt – ganz zentral zwischen Altstadt und Meer, sodass man vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das gesamte Team ist ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und entgegenkommend – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen.

Die Zimmer sind sensationell: modern, geschmackvoll und wunderschön eingerichtet. Auch das Frühstück hat uns begeistert – landestypisch sehr großzügig, vielfältig und richtig gut. Und ein besonderes Lob verdient der Cappuccino: hervorragend! ☕️

Sollten wir wieder in die Gegend kommen, ist für uns klar: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ❤️

L'hôtel est situé sur une grande artère, pas très loin du centre ville. Nous y avons passé une agréable nuit.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable and close to the town. Has a bar and we sat on the balcony for a drink, very nice view of the town. Breakfast was good.
