Me sorprendió.
Pros:

Está muy limpio, y nos facilitaron mucho las cosas, nos dieron la llave antes de las 14,00 h, nos dieron una habitación alejada del ruido de la calle, y un desayuno espectacular. Muchas gracias a Carmen, por su amabilidad.

Pros:

El hotel está en un lugar accesible, cómodo y bien ubicado. La habitación estaba muy bien, tenía una cama grande y cómoda, aire acondicionado, TV grande, nevera y el baño bastante bien, con bañera y secador. Muy bien de limpieza. Todo muy bien. El desayuno también bien, más que correcto.

Cons:

Como comentan otros usuarios, debajo del hotel hay un bar de copas que parece ser del mismo Hotel. La habitación no estaba bien aislada, de hecho la ventana no cerraba bien, y se oía bastante la terraza que hay justo debajo. En nuestro caso tuvimos suerte, pues al pasar la noche del domingo al lunes, no hubo ruido por la noche, pero sí al medio día del domingo y parte de la siesta. El problema principal es que ponen música en plan bar de copas nocturno, con muchos graves que retumban y se oye mucho en la habitación. si hubiese sido así la noche habríamos reclamado, porque no puede ser que una habitación no esté bien aislada, se debe poder descansar. Afortunadamente no tuvimos ese problema.

You cannot charge guests for rooms that fail to meet basic European standards.
Pros:

All the hotel’s advantages are overshadowed by its main drawback: it is extremely noisy at night.

Cons:

The hotel is located directly above a restaurant where, during our stay, a live concert continued until 2 a.m. The volume was so extreme that the furniture in our room was vibrating. Closing the windows made no difference whatsoever.
Once the concert had finished, we still could not open the windows: a large group of people remained seated directly below them, smoking, and the smoke drifted straight into our room.
In our view, these rooms do not meet any reasonable standard for accommodation and should not be offered to guests. No one—not even a person exceptionally tolerant of noise—could reasonably expect to rest or sleep here. We were also very surprised that none of the previous guest reviews appeared to mention this serious issue.
