En general mut
Pros:

Me gustaría que mejoren el servicio del estacionamiento, de repente tarda para abrir o hay que dar toda la vuelta para pedir en recepción que habiliten el ingreso o egreso.

Cons:

Poca fruta en el desayuno. Y servicio de cena no es acorde al pedido.

Great for one night stay, close to the airport.
Pros:

The hotel is great if you are coming in from the airport. It was nice to be quickly checked in at 1AM after traveling for 24 hours. The staff were very helpful and the parking was secure in a garage which is also appreciated.

Cons:

The room was just ok; it was very small, and the bed was not super comfortable. The bathroom was also tiny. It was fine for one night, but I wouldn't stay here longer.

Personal de la recepción muy desagradable
Pros:

Las instalaciones muy bonitas, la cama muy cómoda. La vista de noveno piso muy bonita.
Personal del servicio del desayuno muy agradable .

Cons:

El personal de recepción muy desagradable, no hubo ni uno solo que te recibía con una sonrisa al llegar, trabajan como obligados , sobre todo la chica en recepción durante mi check out el 23 de junio temprano .
Deberían recibir una formación rigurosa en atención al cliente.
Esa actitud del personal baja muchísimo todo lo bueno del hotel , es una verdadera lástima. Porque no da ganas de volver a alojarse en ese hotel a causa del personal de recepción.

Muito boa estadia (ressalva com o wifi)
Pros:

O hotel é muito bom e dei esta nota muito boa de 9, mesmo com a internet me deixando na mão. Em outras coisas compensou muito (limpeza, conforto, café, equipe, vista aérea e localização)

Cons:

O wifi não era bom. Em viagens de trabalho, este é um item muito importante e pode ser um fator decisivo em escolhas para quem viaja a trabalho.
