جميلة بسبب روح الموظفين وتعاونهم وكلشي كان رايق وحلو وهادى

كلشي كان جميل وممتاز واحلى شي كان تعامل الموظفين وكثير يسهلون علينا ويبتسمون جميعاً لطيفين والشيف كثير كان لطيف جدا جدا ومتعاونين وان شاء الله نكررها

لو يتوفر خدمة تنظيف والحمامات تترتب ويتوفر بطانيات ويتوفر تلفزيون يشتغل فعلا ويتوفر حطب

Personellerin her biri işletmeyi sanki kendi işletmesiymiş gibi benimsemiş; işlerini büyük bir özveri, samimiyet ve güler yüzle yapıyorlar. Daha ilk günden itibaren kendimizi bir otelde değil, sıcak ve samimi bir aile ortamının içinde hissettik. Hatta zamanla biz de o ailenin bir parçası, adeta aileye ortak olmuşuz gibi hissettik. 🥰

Karşılaştığımız her soruna anında çözüm bulunması, herkesin ilgili ve yardımsever olması gerçekten takdire değer. Böyle işini severek yapan, işletmesini sahiplenen ve misafirlerine bu kadar güzel hissettiren çalışanlara sahip oldukları için işletme sahipleri gerçekten çok şanslı. Check-In war um 14 Uhr.
Wir konnten erst um 15 einchecken. Mit Baby etwas schwierig.
Das Zimmer wurde deshalb kurz vorher sehr schnell sauber gemacht und das wirklich nicht gut.
Ausstattung her haben einige Küchenutensilien gefehlt.
Auch waren Handtücher schwierig.
Wir hatten für die 3 Tage nur 2 Handtücher für 3 Personen. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass sie noch im Trockner seien.

Das Wasser in der Dusche war am ersten Tag kalt. Auf Anfrage wurde es geklärt. Jedoch ist es sehr schwierig zu duschen, weil es einfach nicht konstant die Temperatur hält.

Preis-Leistung etwas teurer.

Mehr als 1 Nacht braucht man für den ganzen Ort aber auch nicht buchen.

النظافة .. وجود الحشرات و النمل و الدبابير بكثرة
طلبنا خدمة التنظيف اكثر من مرة
نقل الشنط نحن من نقلها
الخدمة صفر
طلبنا مناديل و فوط لم تصلنا حتى وقت مغادرتنا
لا يوجد اي تنوع بالإفطار مكثنا 4 ايام كل يوم نفس الافطار و نفس الأصناف
موقع المنتجع بعيد عن الخدمات من مطاعم و بقالات و قهاوي

Zu teuer für das was alles nicht funktioniert

Alles sehr alt, Bad voller Haare , Fernseher geht nicht , Wasser in Pool kalt (in Sommer machen die beheizing nicht an ) Klo Spülung funktioniert nicht !
