A wonderful place with an amazing host. I highly recommend it and would love to come back!
Pros:

The property was beautiful, peaceful, and very clean. The garden was lovely, and the atmosphere made me feel relaxed from the moment I arrived. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. She even offered to pick me up from the station and later drove me to the airport early in the morning, which I truly appreciated. I felt at home and would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

A nice location to stay in the area.
Pros:

Got a nice large room with a double bed and view to the garden at the upper floor of the house.
The room also has its own shower and toilet (and bidet).
Slept well here with the air conditioning on (July with daytime temperatures in the 30Cs).
Breakfast was great and well presented.

Very peacefull location, With a fantastic eating place nearby
Pros:

Easy parking, Good Breakfast, But The best part is the Restaurant, 5 minutes walk away, Which is brilliant.
NOTE, The traffic can be hell between Rome, At peak times, So a 20 minute trip, Can easily be 50 minute, at peak times, But i guess thats the same for everybody, Just bear it in mind,, Leave ample time
