This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Also, the staff members do their best to be service-oriented and helpful.
We spent two miserable nights here. Upon check-in, both our room and the entire floor were incredibly hot, and there were no windows. When we tried to turn on the air conditioning, we were informed by reception that the AC was completely shut off due to the season. This is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel in June. We felt cheated.
We were asked to come down to reception and try changing rooms, but after checking several rooms—all of which were just as hot—we had to settle for a room with a balcony just to open the door for ventilation. It wasn't enough, and I suffered greatly from the heat at night.
Additionally, the room suffered from poor maintenance: the toilet flush buttons would constantly get stuck, causing water to run continuously and make noise. In the shower, it was impossible to divert the water to the main rainfall showerhead. To make matters worse, the maintenance technician forgot to come, and only remembered the next morning after we called reception again. Do not let the beautiful looks of this hotel mislead you.

Air condition was not working. We were "boiling" in the room. It is a central air cooling/heating system.
Windows has no thermal protections. You could cook egs on window's glass.
