Cons:

Les couchages ne sont pas de bonnes qualités. Mal au dos. Le canapé lit dans la pièce principale très très médiocre.
Vaisselle à revoir.

Normalis apartamentai.

Cons:

Neveikė baseinas- kas labai sugadino viešnage. Wc turėjo tik viena popieriaus ruloniuka 4 naktims ir 3 žmonėms. Lovos traška, iš šaldytuvo bėga vanduo. Nakty karšta- ventiliatoriai nepadeda.

L'appartement que nous avions réservé pour 5 était extrêmement spacieux !
Il y avait un ventilateur pour chaque chambre.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié le fait que l'on m'informe que la piscine ne serait pas disponible APRÈS la réservation.
On nous dit qu'il y a un problème mais au vu de la piscine ça fait longtemps qu'elle a un problème...

Apartmán na prízemí, bazén nefunkčný.
Pros:

Ubytovanie na prízemí zodpovedá foto na booking, avšak všetko je už zastaralé.

Priamo z hlavného vchodu vstúpite do jedálne (+ kuchynský kút), kde je rozťahovacia sedačka. Ďalšia izba s východom von je s manželskou posteľou a posledná izba má len jednu posteľ. Kúpeľňa má toaletu, bidet a vaňu.

Parkovisko je za automatickou bránou, kúsok od apartmánov.

Prístup hostiteľa bol vynikajúci.
Check in (osobný kontakt, všetko nám vysvetlil a bol milý a nápomocný), check out (kľúče sme zanechali v schránke).

Odporúčam reštauráciu Botteghina di Dudda (Casa al Chianti), po roku sme znova navštívili a nesklamali, všetko bolo vynikajúce.

Cons:

Pri príchode sme boli upozornení, že bazén náhle z technických dôvodov nefunguje (viď foto na posúdenie odkedy asi...). Bola nám ponúknutá možnosť ísť do bazéna do Villa Olena (cca 15 km), nevyužili sme to.

Jednolôžková izba má okno so sieťkou proti komárom (deravá po krajoch).

Hlavný vchod (rozťahovacia sedačka) a izba s manželskou posteľou má výstup na terasu a nemajú sieť proti komárom.

V každej izbe je stojanový ventilátor. Pri vysokých teplotách nedostačujúce.

Sprchovú hlavicu vo vani by bolo vhodné vymeniť.

Semmi nem tetszett! Amikor megérkeztünk azt hittük a gettóban vagyunk. Semmi jele nem volt, hogy ott egy apartman van. A telefonon semmi térerő. Város nagyon messze. A megadott értékelés nem tükrözött semmit sem. Később ránéztünk a google értékelésekre, ami tele volt 1- esekkel és panaszokkal. Nagyon lehúzták a helyet. A booking értékelések köszönő viszonyban sincsenek a valóságban. Nem is értem miért nincs ellenőrzés a google értékelések alapján is. Minden egy hazugság volt. Watsapp üzenetet küldtek, de az pl nem mindenkinek van a telefonján. Mivel a háznál nincsen térerő meg sem kaptam az üzenetet. Eldöntöttük új szállást foglalunk. Jól is tettük. Nem ajánlom senkinek sem.

Cons:

Mindenki nézze meg a google értékeléseket mielőtt foglalna. Hasonlítsa össze a bookingossal.

Meraviglioso stare in mezzo alla natura per un weekend con amici o con famiglia

Everything was great! The staff was really kind and we really really enjoyed our stay. AMAZING!
Posto magnifico, gli host sono stati gentilissimi in tutto, vicino ci sono tantissimi posti dove bere del buon vino e mangiare benissimo! torneremo :)

Très chaud dans l’appartement - pas de volets ni moustiquaires ce qui ne permettait pas d’ouvrir pour laisser entrer la fraîcheur sous peine de se faire dévorer
Mal équipé (peu d’ustensiles de cuisine, pas de micro-ondes, grille-pain etc…)
Une machine à laver serait la bienvenue

Posizione, struttura, personale

Cons:

Assenza di zanzariere alle finestre. Di notte bisogna scegliere se morire di caldo o essere divorati dalle zanzare. I ventilatori forniti non sono sufficienti a rinfrescare l'aria.

Piscina non funzionante, malgrado la proposta di andare gratuitamente in un'altra piscina distante 20 minuti in macchina.

Interessante und Unterkunft in einem ehemaligen Kloster, mal was anderes

2 Tage vor Ankunft erhielten wir die Info, dass der Pool defekt ist (augenscheinlich aber schon länger), eine Alternative gab es, jedoch 20min entfernt von unserer Unterkunft, Gartenmöbel wie beschrieben gab es auch nicht

El lugar es precioso, las habitaciones con esa decoración tan particular y en plena naturaleza. Fuimos en coche asi que sin problema, florencia está a 30 minutos de ahí.
