Надо рассмотреть наличие номеров с двумя разными кроватями.
Pros:

Как говорится театр начинается с вешалки, а проживание в этих апартаментах начинались со встречи менеджера Шумана. Невероятно приятный человек ,общаться с ним было одно удовольствие. Апартаменты очень чистые, убирались каждый день. Все вопросы решались мгновенно .В целом хорошо все.

Cons:

Единственное омрачала то ,что напротив и с другой стороны находилась стройка которая мешает спокойно наслаждаться видами из окна. из-за этого даже на балкон не выходили. потому ,что вечно грохот стоял.
И ещё при бронировании указывала две разные кровати. Но такой возможности не было предоставлено. Был только ужасно жёсткий маленький диван на котором спать было невозможно. Я не высыпалась. А у мужа ноги свисали.

It was ok but more expensive than what it provides

The property has a small roof top pool which is nice to chill there even at night with a drink that you buy from
The supermarket

Cons:

The staff wasn’t very helpful, some didn’t speak very good English. We tried several times to pay for the breakfast we ate and the staff wasn’t organized so it was time consuming to arrange it. Our room was facing a construction and the noise was quite annoying starting from 8 in the morning.

Pros:

L'appartamento era molto bello e molto moderno. Il piu bello mai avuto in Africa, nuovo con vista montagna.
Armadio ampio, bel bagno, letto abbastanza grande.
La zona Beau Vallon è fantastica.

Cons:

Non c'era nemmeno un phon per i capelli che funzionasse. Avendo i capelli lunghissimi era difficile. Ho chiesto diverse volte ma proprio non andavano.
Lenzuola presentavano diverse macchie, abbiamo chiesto di cambiarle ma anche quelle erano sporche.

Cons:

Des travaux toute la journée juste à côté de l’hôtel. Impossible de se reposer dans l’après midi. J’aurais aimé être prévenue car j’aurais changé d’hôtel. J’ai une autre réservation à la fin de mon séjour que je ne peux pas annuler. Échelle de la piscine cassée, nous avons pris cet hôtel pour profiter de la piscine mais impossible.

Genau vor dem Hotel ist eine Baustelle von morgens bis zum Nachmittag, ohrenbetäubender Lärm. Man wird direkt morgens um 8 Uhr von der Baustelle geweckt. Leider wusste ich vorher davon nichts sonst hätte ich NIEMALS in dem Hotel übernachtet.
Es wurde nicht täglich und gründlich gereinigt. Für frische Handtücher musste ich jedesmal runterlaufen und bitten neue zu bekommen.

Tracy was exceptionally nice and helped with so many things.
I don’t usually write reviews and she didn’t ask for any but honestly she was one of a kind.

Cons:

Location is a bit far from the beach but overall very good value as it is walkable distance and I would rebook it even with knowing this information.
Cant connect / screen mirror TV.
Despite do not disturb sign a person came in and tried to open the door lock luckily I put my keys from the Inside.

Basen na dachu (dobry tylo w pochmurnej pogodzie z powodu braku parasoli czy innego zadaszenia)

Cons:

Tylko jedno łóżko było duże i wygodne, drugie to dość twarda i wąska wersalka (rodzina z dziećmi),
W łazience były włosy po innych klientach:(

-équipement de la chambre (grand lit confortable, beaucoup de place, cuisine très fonctionnelle)
-emplacement proche du centre de beau vallon supermarché juste à côté sympa
-parking pour les voitures
-télé très grande vraiment appréciée
-Clim qui fonctionne très bien
-balcon
-ascenseur pour les bagages pratique

-la douche n’avait pas d’eau chaude que de l’eau tiède
-il manquerait un étendoir pour faire sécher les vêtements que le balcon
