Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, tesis çok temiz heryer pıŕıl pırıl, kahvaltisi çok iyi.
Otelle ilgili olumsuz bir görüşümüz yoktur, ancak çok geç saatlerde çok yüksek sesle konuşup gürültü çıkaran konuklar rahatsiz ediyor.
The hotel is Brand new, the facilities were amazing! Rooms were super clean. Location is also great as it is walking distance from the center but far from all the party and noise. They also have indoor garage which was a mega plus

Öncelikle şunu söylemeliyim tahmin ettiğimizden çok çok iyi olduğunu, kahvaltının çeşitli ve kaliteli olmasının yanında kahvaltı süresi boyunca biten kahvaltılıkların yenilenmesi ayrıca güzeldi. 2 akşam dışarı çıkmadık ve otelde yedik yemekleri çok lezzetliydi. Temizlik konusuna çok dikkat ettikleri belliydi. Havuzu iyi ve konumu merkezi olmasından dolayı tüm plajlara ve çarşıya araçla 7-8 dk mesafede olması büyük bir avantaj. Çalışanlar daha ilk karşılamadaki güleryüzlülüğüyle sıcak bir yere geldiğinizi hissettiriyor. Otele varış saatimizin sabah 8 olmasına rağmen odanın müsait olduğunu ve giriş yapabileceğimizi belirttiler. Uçağa yetişebilmek için erken çıkmamız gerektiğinde de bizim için kahvaltıyı erken hazırlamaları büyük bir jestti. Teşekkürler Monun Hotel :)
We had a wonderful stay at Monun Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout, and all of the amenities were excellent and very well maintained.
What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best experience possible. They consistently went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed.
A special mention goes to the taxi service arranged by the owners, which was reliable, convenient, and made getting around completely stress-free. The owners and staff truly excel at providing outstanding hospitality and always go that extra mile for their guests.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic experience!

La atención del hombre que nos atendió que fue super atento y simpático y el desayuno. Sin duda fue espectacular tenía de todo y estaba riquisimo!

È stata la nostra prima volta in Albania e non potevamo scegliere hotel migliore. All’Hotel Monun ci siamo sentiti a casa dal primo minuto.
Un grazie speciale al signore della reception: non ricordo il nome ma la sua gentilezza e disponibilità ci hanno colpiti tantissimo. Ci ha dato ottimi consigli e ci ha sempre accolti con il sorriso.
Le ragazze in sala sono attentissime, sempre presenti senza essere invadenti. E la colazione... wow. Super varia, con prodotti cucinati al momento. Riforniscono il buffet in continuazione. Abbiamo trovato sia piatti internazionali che specialità locali, tutte buonissime e fresche.
Camere pulite, hotel curato, atmosfera davvero accogliente. Se tornassimo a ksamil, sceglieremmo il Monun ad occhi chiusi. Consigliatissimo!
Piscina non utilizzabile perché esposta sempre all’ombra è inaccessibile per l’acqua gelida. Mi dispiace xke ho cercato espressamente un hotel con piscina per rilassarci dopo la spiaggia.

El hotel es prácticamente nuevo. Está limpísimo, el personal es agradable, tiene unas zonas comunes muy bonitas, como el bar y la piscina, y tiene un buen desayuno buffet.
La playa más cercana está en obras, por lo que tienes que caminar un poco más de la cuenta para ir a la playa, pero no es un gran inconveniente.
Everything. Very friendly staff, uncomplicated check in process, central location, beaches are all in walking distance, great breakfast fresh and diverse, restaurants, markets, pharmacy and cafés close by, worth it taking the balcony with sea view! Big and very clean rooms!
- It would be nice if you had a laundry service especially if one has a longer stay
- walls are a bit thin so you if you are a light sleeper you might hear people walking and talking on the hallways but not too disturbing
