Pros:

Nous avons particulièrement aimé l’amabilité du personnel qui est vraiment aux petits soins. L’emplacement est top et les infrastructures parfaites.

Cons:

Très bruyant, l’insonorisation n’est pas terrible et les équipements sont un petit peu usés (rouille dans la douche, toilette). Odeur un peu de renfermé/humidité dans la salle de bain.

Loved our stay at TIKA Kuta, Lombok.
Pros:

Great location off the Main Street, nice pool and sun beds, comfortable rooms, really helpful and friendly staff.
Good food in restaurant.

Very pleasant stay, I recommend and will come back
Pros:

Great central location but quiet, very nice and helpful staff, refreshing pool in a garden setting, quiet coworking space, good spa!

Cons:

Coffee shop/restaurant menu isn't very exciting but they make a good expresso, and there are many food options nearby.
The balcony lights should have an on/off switch in the room, instead of being centrally turned on all night.

Beautiful hotel in a great location
Pros:

Room was beautiful, bed was comfy and so well equipped
Staff were very friendly and happy to help with anything I needed, so easy to contact with quick response via WhatsApp
Pool was beautiful and had plenty of day beds, staff replacing with fresh towels regularly
Location was great - off the main road but still walking distance to everything in town

Cons:

Lots of roosters on the property and they would kick off around 3am so earplugs are handy

Amazing place to stay! Highly recommend!
Pros:

Everything was great - from the staff to the facilities, spa, coworking space, pool, and food! It was one of my favorite stays in Lombok. I decided to come back two weeks later and the staff welcomed me back with a beautiful display of flowers in my room!

Looks nice on the surface but poor maintenance and facilities made us leave after 2 days
Pros:

The staff were nice

Cons:

front door does not fit the doorframe, with large wonky gaps above and below the door, as well as holes throughout the door itself, leading to many bugs entering the room.

- the front door not having a deadbolt or any other lock, meaning anyone with a key card could enter our room and we have no lock to stop them, this made us feel very unsafe and uncomfortable.

- multiple stains throughout the room, the floors and walls, as well as mould inside the pillows.

- terrible craftsmanship and painting throughout

- the balcony door did not work throughout the duration of our stay, the first day we could not get it open and called reception to help. Someone came in and opened it, we closed it again and then could not open it whatsoever. Yesterday, before leaving, we asked them to come open it again, and they finally decided it was actually broken and that it needed to be fully repaired as we were packing our bags.

- the pool area (the bottom of the pool floor) as well as the pool sun loungers were caked in mould, unable to be used in our opinion

- the bathroom completely flooded everytime we had a shower, the drainage system was awful and therefore made the bathroom stink of mould for hours after the floor was drying.

A little haven, well away from the main street hustle and bustle.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, although there was some smell from the drains. The staff could not be more helpful. The breakfast and meals were excellent, if not a little limited, especially if you were there more than a couple of days. Nice pool. Spa is a pleasant addition to their services. Well run, and popular.
