Pros:

Moc dekujeme všem v tomto hotelu za krasny pristup k nasi cele skupine se kterou jsme cestovali.Krasny rodinný hotel velmi ochotny a napomocny personál který nam dokonce zaridil pomoc pro naseho syna který behem naseho pobytu onemocnel což jsme velmi ocenili jak rychle a mile zareagovali.Vsude bylo cisto velke pokoje a velmi pohodlne postele.Snidane byla take chutna a dostacujici kazdy si urcite vybral.Urcite vsem kdo stale jeste o Albanii pochybují bych pobyt v tomto hotelu za celou skupinu doporucila a uz ted se tesime na pristi rok.Dekujeme vsem z Kraja hotel.

Pros:

Крутий, новий сучасний готель. В номерах чистесенько було кожного дня, та і в самому готелі дуже чисто. Враження просто чудесні, цей готель зробив нам відпочинок👍
Смачні сніданки, трохи одноманітні, але завжди було що обрати снідати)
Вечері , які можна оплатити окремо, неймовірно смачні)басейн дуже кльовий та сучасний, діти просились в нього без кінця краю☺️готель знаходиться в декількох хвилинах від моря.
Море до речі не всі дні було добре, що трохи засмутило.
А персонал то просто молодці, люди на своїх місцях👍все що просилось- виконувалось швидко)

Cons:

Хотілось би якесь місце на балконі для сушки речей .

Un très bon séjour, je recommande cet hôtel.
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel est vraiment adorable, toujours souriant et aux petits soins. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et l’emplacement est idéal.

Pros:

We spent 10 days at this hotel with my son and had a wonderful time. The staff were always kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, our room was cleaned every day. Everything was well organized, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The beach was very close and the hotel had its own private section, while the pool was absolutely perfect for both children and adults.

Cons:

The only small negative was that the bread at breakfast tended to dry out quite quickly. It might be a good idea to use a storage box or a different way of keeping it fresh.

Pros:

Servicen, läget, städningen och hotell och pool var fint.

Cons:

Att många rökte ute vid poolen. De rökte t.o.m inomhus och personalen gjorde inget åt det. Det skulle vara ett rökfritt hotell men det stämde inte.

It was clean and in a good location

Cons:

Everyone was smoking inside .. the carpet along swimming pool was not clean even though the staff tried to clean it .. it should have been replaced

Clean, modern, but missing amenities
Pros:

It is a new hotel and you can tell the staff really care about creating an inviting space.

- The hotel was incredibly clean with the staff cleaning our room every day
- Breakfast had a good variety
- Very close to the beach
- Reserved beach chairs

Cons:

I would rate the property much higher if everything listed under amenities was actually there. Many things were listed under the booking, but were not in the room, resulting in an unexpectedly uncomfortable stay. Listed items that were missing: bathrobes, hair dryer, slippers, clothes rack, tea/coffee maker etc. We would have never booked this hotel if we knew we would be one week at the beach without a hair dryer.

- We were also surprised by how the balconies lacked privacy. You are sitting right with your neighbors and someone could easily step over to your balcony and into your room.

- Breakfast was good, but the staff couldn't keep up with the volume and mess created by the guests, resulting in chaos at times.

-Taxi ordered by the hotel was not professional and more expensive than other taxis we used.

Super kundeservice, tæt på Strand og restauranter
Pros:

Fantastisk service af Hotel-personalet, vi blev kørt til vores restaurant uden beregning af Hotel-chefen.

Ligger ud til stor vej ( dog afskærmet af et stakit ) ikke noget der generer.
