Foi um ótimo atendimento. Muito legal o formato do café da manhã que você já sinaliza no dia anterior o que vai querer. O ambiente é realmente bem medieval e o quarto super amplo e confortável.

Cons:

O acesso ao hotel merece atenção. Ir com o carro até a porta não é uma boa opção a não ser que esteja com um carro realmente muito pequeno. E tem uma escada considerável para subir pelo estacionamento. Avalie levar a menor quantidade de malas possível ou esteja disposto a carrega-las.

Beautiful property but weak AC for hot days
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views and a great opportunity to experience a charming Tuscan hill town. Breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

One thing future guests should be aware of is accessibility. The parking area is located quite a distance below the property, and you'll need to carry your luggage up a fairly steep hill, stairs, and cobblestone streets. It wasn't a problem for us, but anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage should plan accordingly.

Our only real disappointment was the air conditioning. We stayed in Room 208 during a very hot period, and despite the outdoor temperature being close to 40°C, the room never cooled below about 26°C. It made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep, and it was too hot outside to open the windows. If you're visiting during the peak summer heat, this is something to keep in mind.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and with improved air conditioning, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

Pros:

We liked the breakfast, the staff was helpful, interesting location and a great view from our room, the bathroom was pretty big in compare to the places we stayed on this trip, it was a unique experience and I'm glad we stayed at this place.

Cons:

The parking spot was a bit further from the hotel entrance, carrying the luggage to it wasn't fun.

Der Ausblick einfach fantastisch!

Cons:

Wir hatten hier ein Zwischenstop nur zur Erholung und Ausschlafen.Leider hatten wir zwei Betten,die schrecklich geqiuetsch haben bei jeder Bewegung,wir haben uns gegenseitig geweckt,war nix mit Ausschlafen.
P.S.Unbedingt die Anfahrtbeschreibung vom Hotel benutzen,wir sind mit Google Navi gefahren,durch die superenge Gassen,hatten mit geklappten Spiegel wirklich 2 cm Abstand von den Mauern.

Pros:

Атмосферное расположение, большой номер, комфортно

Cons:

Не очень удобный душ (нет лейки, только верхний душ). В номере на полу кладка из кирпича, босиком ходить не комфортно, нужны тапочки.
