La plus belle plage de nos 17 jours de vacances en Zanzibar (7 hotels). Le personnel, le restaurant, les animations, les chambres et salles de bains… TOUT étais parfait !!?

מלון מקסים עם אווירה רגועה ושקטה, ממש מתאים לזוגות. החדרים היו יפים, מרווחים ונעימים מאוד, והנוף לים הטורקיז פשוט מהמם. הצוות היה מדהים, אדיב ותמיד דאג לכל מה שהיינו צריכים. במיוחד פיטר בארוחת הבוקר, שהיה מקסים ונתן לנו יחס ושירות מעולים לאורך כל השהייה. נהנינו מאוד מהאווירה ומהשקט במלון. בהחלט חוויה טובה בזנזיבר

Struttura molto recente e curata, staff molto gentile e disponibile. Si affaccia sul mare e la vista è meravigliosa! Atmosfera molto tranquilla e rilassata adatta per relax. Il bellissimo mare è soggetto alle maree e non è indicato per chi ama fare lunghi bagni.
Il buffet potrebbe essere un po’ più vario.

Ein wunderbarer Ort für unsere Flitterwochen
Wir haben zehn Tage im Kaskazi verbracht und sind sehr froh, dass wir einen grossen Teil unserer Flitterwochen hier verbringen durften.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal, das für uns eine glatte 10/10 war: sehr professionell, sehr zügig, dabei aber immer angenehm und persönlich. Wir hatten viele schöne Gespräche mit Sara, Peter, Hassan und mit DJ Alen. Genau diese herzliche Art hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht.
Auch das Essen war durchweg toll, und die gesamte Anlage hatte für uns die perfekte Grösse. Man fühlt sich schnell zu Hause, ohne dass es unpersönlich oder zu gross wirkt.
Das WLAN ist leider recht schwach. Arbeiten ist von dort aus kaum möglich, und bei schlechtem Wetter wird auch Netflix auf dem iPad zur Geduldsprobe. Zudem gibt es im Zimmer eher wenig Stauraum, und das Gym ist leider recht klein und verfügt kaum über Gewichte oder Maschinen.
Insgesamt aber ein rundum empfehlenswerter Ort, an den wir uns immer gerne zurückerinnern werden.

The wifi was suspect the first 2 days, kept drropign in an out but it was due to a technical issue on the island and was resolved
Absolutely the best hotel experience we've ever had. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. We knew from the booking details that this would be more of a luxurious hotel compared to our other bookings in Zanzibar, but we were completely blown away by the hospitality and professionalism of the staff, and the beauty and luxury of the resort. We don't have a single complaint. This is a true bargain, we've been to five star hotels that cannot compare to the service at Kaskazi. The whole resort seem very fresh and newly renovated. The rooms were always incredibly clean. Nice gym. The food was immaculate and beautiful seating areas. The staff were the nicest service staff we've ever met, they made you feel like family without being invasive. Also the hotel has a beach with almost zero other people which felt very exclusive. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Kaskazi for the amazing experience. We are 100% coming back next year!
Wow, Kaskazi exceeded all my expectations, and then some. Sara and her team are beyond exceptional, we were so sad to leave.
Food was really great, room was super comfy and large, especially the bathroom with a great bath. Loved the hammock and upstairs daybed.
Ocean is amazing, I loved the tides. Massage at the spa was top tier. Whatever else we needed, was supplied without delay. Loved the decor for our intimate romantic dinner. Food portions are huge. Drinks were amazing. Cannot wait to go back.
I’ll be practicing more Swahili for my return!
All the staff, from the Masai (love them!) to the waiters to the barmen to the chefs to the managers, were all incredibly kind, friendly, competent, well spoken and amazing. Feels like I made friends. Just wow!
