Un havre de paix sur une île paradisiaque
Pros:

L équipe de ce petit havre de paix était au top . Merci a Mery pour toutes les petites attention et pour le petit déjeuner qui était parfait. La chambre est très comfortable et décore avec soin. Très bien situe . Le Good warung etait très bon et une bonne équipe .La piscine en complément de la mer

Nice stay with a couple of things to note
Pros:

Nice and peaceful location, well kept grounds, friendly staff, friendly cat. :-)

Cons:

The door of our room was faulty and since it was reported in other reviews, it must have been an ongoing issue.
Toilet seat was broken when we checked in, it was promptly replaced when we informed the staff.
Both things should be sorted, not waiting for guests to pick them up, not at this price point at least.
Very low shower pressure.
Breakfast could definitely be improved; juices were fresh and good, sourdough bread was very good. French toast on the other hand is made with white bread so pretty average.

A Hidden Oasis with Exceptional Hospitality
Pros:

We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend these charming boutique bungalows. Tucked away in a peaceful spot, the property feels like a hidden oasis with a lovely, relaxing atmosphere.
The bungalows are comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect just a short distance from the beach and surrounded by great cafés.
While the breakfast menu isn't extensive, every option we tried was fresh and delicious. What truly made our stay special was the wonderful staff. They made us feel right at home, and every question or request was met with genuine kindness and helpfulness.

Pros:

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y la decoración del alojamiento. El personal era muy atento y amable. Super bonito.

Cons:

Me faltó un poco de variedad en el desayuno, estuvimos 5 noches y almorzamos en otros sitios algunos días a pesar de tener el desayuno incluido.

Lo staff gentilissimo, ho passato lì il mio compleanno e mi hanno svegliata con le candeline.
Servizio refill acqua h24, abbiamo usato la lavanderia, con 10€ ci ha lavato una valigia intera e stirato tutto.
Il primo giorno siamo arrivati dopo un volo aereo e 4 ore di traghetto, ad aspettarci dalle 19 alle 20 un massaggio Balinese di un’ora in camera nostra ad un prezzo eccellente.
Colazione speciale, location speciale, sia i bungalow sia la zona relax attorno alla piscina e la zona di relax privata esterna a ciascun bungalow, dove noi abbiamo sempre fatto colazione.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Staff so friendly and helpful. Good central location (though right next to the mosque warning!) bed was comfortable, we needed extra pillows and they provided. Would stay again

Cons:

Bathroom sink was blocked and smell was terrible but it was fine for a short stay.

Fajne miejsce w centrum Gili Air.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja w centrum wyspy, wszędzie blisko. Fajny personel - chłopaki dają radę :) przyjemny basen, śniadania też na plus. Spokojnie.

Cons:

Chatki wymagają odświeżenia bo widać już ząb czasu. Dla mnie łóżko był za twarde ale to kwestia gustu.

Merveilleux établissement ! L'équipe est accueillante et aux petits soins 🙏 les cottages sont magnifiques et très bien finis, l'environnement,les jardins sont très soignés et la piscine est superbe ! Absolument rien à redire! Contrairement à ce que nous avions pu lire sur d'autres commentaires, l'environnement est très calme et cozy ❤️

A piscina nunca era limpa, existia sempre um monte de bichos
