Fajne miejsce w centrum Gili Air.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja w centrum wyspy, wszędzie blisko. Fajny personel - chłopaki dają radę :) przyjemny basen, śniadania też na plus. Spokojnie.

Cons:

Chatki wymagają odświeżenia bo widać już ząb czasu. Dla mnie łóżko był za twarde ale to kwestia gustu.

Merveilleux établissement ! L'équipe est accueillante et aux petits soins 🙏 les cottages sont magnifiques et très bien finis, l'environnement,les jardins sont très soignés et la piscine est superbe ! Absolument rien à redire! Contrairement à ce que nous avions pu lire sur d'autres commentaires, l'environnement est très calme et cozy ❤️
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Gili Air grâce à vous 🙏

O espaço é bonito e aesthetic

A piscina nunca era limpa, existia sempre um monte de bichos

Pros:

Staff tried to support with all requests. Nice climat and nature in area. Comfy bed.

Cons:

Only one person from staff speak English good, if he was not working it was a bit difficult to communicate for more complex topics..
Big humidity in bathroom and smell not the best. Also there was a lot of spaces in bathroom with which geko and mosquitos get inside. No sound isolation.

Mit freundlichem Personal kann man nicht alles negative ausgleichen!

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung. Alles schien notdürftig repariert zu sein. 🫣

Cons:

Der erste Eindruck war gut, da die Anlage sehr schön aussah und der Empfang sehr freundlich war.
Wir hatten Bungalow 1. Wir hatten dort leider Probleme mit der Toilettenspülung, die Armaturen waren stark korrodiert und die Tür zum Bad ließ sich nur halb öffnen. Obwohl wir baten die Tür zu reparieren geschah nichts.
Leider haben wir erst aus den Rezensionen erfahren, dass man Liegen am Strand hätte benutzen können. Bis auf das Frühstück waren wir zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Bei anderen Gästen hatten wir gesehen, dass sie Mangosaft bekamen. Uns sagte man zweimal das es keinen mehr gibt. Am dritten und letzten Frühstück kamen wir früher. Nach uns kam eine Gruppe junge Frauen, die sofort die Aufmerksamkeit der jungen Männer, die hier arbeiten, auf sich zog. So wurden die Frauen vor uns bedient und bekamen Mangosaft. Erst als die Frauen zu Essen und zu trinken hatten wurden wir bedient. Wir fragten ob wir Mangosaft bekommen. Uns wurde gesagt, dass es wieder keinen gibt. 😡 Wir haben uns dann im Markt nebenan selbst Saft gekauft und zu unserem Frühstück getrunken.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Super schöne Unterkunft. Tolles Team. Wir waren über eine Woche dort und haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt.
Die Lage ist super. Gili Air ist klein und nichts ist weit weg, aber trotzdem gibt es Unterschiede und diese Gegend mag ich am liebsten.
