性价比非常高的民宿，值得体验。
Pros:

地理位置非常好。离开东西线早稻田站几分钟步行就到。车站旁边就是超市，往前走一些，拉面、定食、汤咖喱，选择很多。
室内卫生也很好。毛巾没有异味。杯子洗的很干净。
生活电器该有的都有了。
图二的小挂钩，值得借鉴，天气不好时可以挂衣服。

Cons:

床头、枕头有异味。如果床头是木板的话，就不会有气味。枕头也是，有头油味儿，希望能勤换枕芯。

The property owner was very good, made sure our stay was very comfortable and if we had any issues he was quick to reply

Depto con todo en una excelente ubicación.
Pros:

Estaba bien ubicado, cerca de la estación waseda, habían varios supermercados y farmacias cerca, muchos lugares para comer, el barrio residencial excelente! Me encantó que tuviera lavadora y sistema de secadora de ropa japonés en el baño. Pude lavar la ropa y traerme todo limpio.

Cons:

Faltaban productos e implementos de aseo para estancias más largas. Nos alojamos 6 días, me habría gustado tener trapeador, cloro, etc, pero si te alojas por 3 o menos días es perfecto!

Spartan, but very good value for money.
Pros:

Well located for the price, with all the basic amenities you’ll need for a few weeks stay. Located in a student district, so there’s a decent number of shops and restaurant nearby, and the metro station is less than 5 mins walk away.

Comes with towels, and all the basic necessities required to wash clothes and dishes. Bath is small, but even I, a fairly bulky guy, could fit into it. Just be aware the bath autofill will overfill the bath on everything except the lowest setting. The wet room doubles as a space for drying clothes, and works quite well.

Cons:

Lack of an elevator should be considered if you’ve got a lot of baggage, or are otherwise infirm. Internet was spotty at times, but cell service is good so it didn’t have much of an impact.

Some of the appliances weren’t well documented in the provided instructions, primarily the bath panel and the hot water panel, but instructions can be found and translated online if needed.

Quiet location, easy access to the centre of Tokyo
Pros:

Great location, close to the Subway, only 10-15 minutes from the centre of Tokyo. Also close to a good shop for groceries, so great if you want to self-cater. Very quiet area, near Waseda University
