Location is perfect, couldn't be more central. The self check-in was pretty easy. The room was clean and nice and the bathroom was spacey, too. Coffee machine, kettle, coffee pots, were all very handy. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms but it was still comfy. Markets, coffee shops and all attractions are in a few minutes walking distance. Definetly would stay again.

the best location - close to everything! so easy the check in and check out, clear instructions about the lockers for the baggage, staff were incredible, beds were comfortable.
the vending machine they had available at the hotel would not work most times. Also, for some reason during the self check in it kept declining my card when I had money on it. It took ages but there is a number to call during check in hours and there will be somewhere there to come down and assist you.
The hotel was just steps away from thriving Old Town Saltzburg and just across the street from the Mirabelle Palace, where we enjoyed a fantastic concert recital from an exceptional string quintet and an amazing pianist.
Our Vegas Golden Knights Reception Agent and bartender provided a wonderful welcome and some excellent conversation (Go Knights - unless the Habs make it through).
An excellent hotel in a great location with wonderful staff - what more could this Canadian traveller ask for?

Otel temiz, ferah, merkezi konumda.. self chek in var. , kat boşluğunda su, cerez, atıştırmalık vs.. alabileceğiniz otomat var. Odalarda sıcak su için ısıtıcı ve kahve makinesi var. Çıkışta kilitli valiz dolapları, yagmurlu günler için şemsiye bile düşünülmüş .
Tek kullanımlık terliklerden olmasını tercih ederdim.
